Their last sellout was the game after the insane club massacre in Orlando. the reason was twofold. The Giants were in town for a rare series.,And the biggest reason was tickets were free for one game. Florida sports teams have little home support. The reason is simple. Non native Floridians dwarfs the crackers here. Most people only go too a game if their ex hometown team is in town. The Lightening do buck the trend. But still regular season games are very easy to obtain. And more importantly a lot of bandwagon fans. College football rules in Florida. Surprised the garbage dump known as Oakland doesn't make this goofy list. Moneyball does not sell tickets. The Raiders now have big interest. Because finally they are winning, and moving. I wish the Bills could have poached somene from their FO. I know who I would have given mucho bucks and,any title he wants. Thier amazing turnaround happened while the Bills are still mired in hope and............ The Raiders were worse than the Bills in the won/loss column just a few seasons ago. The Warriors are in thier own rarified orbit.

This continuing purge if it happens. Can only be described as long overdue. the way Vic lays it out sounds very damming for the up too now untouchable Overdorf. One would assume there could be a struggle with Brandon defending his cap man who seems way out of touch in the modern NFL cap issues. overdorf has had a good run in varying roles for what 32 years now? With Beane knowledgable in cap strategies and hopefully empowered enough too make his case too the Pegulas. And hopefully succeed one would hope the other long time stain in this outrageous era of suck Russ Brandon who " has no say in football operations" would be exposed that yes he has a big say. It's only simple if the player. Wants to remain here. He does not have too sign. Sure there would be a holdout. I would think he felt somewhat pissed at this. Make it up and extend him late this season. Somewhere maybe on this board.somebody said around 5% of players not extended the 5th year option don't resign with the team that drafted them. Pretty sure sammy will not shed a tear if he plays elsehwere. Just a wild guess I bet 31 other NFL teams would take him if healthy. And the crazy money would be more than the new staff values him. They have zero attachment to the 23'year old stud receiver. The fact that some think the 5th year option comes out of their own pockets is perplexing. Don't let #14 out of the door. The team is devoid of playmakers on offense. Past #14 and a 29 year old high mileage back. To think the receiver corps is set for 17 is simply mot true. No Sammy in 18 would not be good at all. Of course the QB has nothing too do with recievers putting up elite numbers either.

If you don't think there will be major starting players affected by this. I don't inow what too say. It could start with dumping #14 next season Kyles retirement possibly forced. Wood getting up there. Clay concievably leaving in 18. A new QB, it's a rebuild. Just so far not a complete teardown.

Along with the fact that for some season ticket holders they cannot even give away tickets for those bore fests. Russ will have plenty of "inventory" too move. Maybe Russ can give the kids 99 cent sunglasses to increase the bottom line on Family day(s).

With the pats*** game in the magical month of December this year. When sometimes elimination from the post season has been already achieved. Tickets will most likely a bargin. Just looked at the outside of the condo. not impressed at a mil. but for Buffalo waterfront it is nice. Buffalo real estate is hyper inflated right now. in SF what would kill you is the HOA dues. I still own a house around 47th and Juddah in the sunset. I will take 6M today. It's worth about 4. It is turnkey. However I would have too evict my daughter and her husband. Its 9 houses from GGP. Two blocks from ocean beach. I bought it in 1980. I was a kid and cannot believe I held on too it. it is small but nice with a rental flat.
