  1. Wallmart and gun stores are very popular in Dallas/Ft.Worth. The Texas gulf coast is gorgeous if you like walking out miles in the water and still be knee high. Austin is definetly the states Garden Of Eden.
  2. Maggot Brain---- A classic for the ages
  3. The Pizza Tapes. the Grissman extended edition will get a play today.
  4. i pay minimal attention to Nascar. Driving in circles for some fans is boring. However, regarding some of your points on start times they are now all over the place because the F1 ( too a lesser extent F2) are now direct competition to Nascar and Indy racing. Along with IMSA. Some weekends all 4 are on. Depending what country/time zone the F1 circuit is racing will directly affect Nascar. depending on what timezone the Indy car ciruit is running will affect start times. According too some the F1 circuit is the most watched race car circuit in the world. For good reason. They push the limits. In the USA they for several years have been trying to get a larger audience. Every race is broadcast in the US. They run only a single race in the US at Austins F1 track. In terms of popularity Nascar in the US still has them beat. In terms of exciting multi million dollar prototypes racing in F1, the teams, and drivers blow Nascar away IMO. Nascar and IMSA "merged"'several years ago. Nascar immediately f****d up Imsa. In particular the US Le Man circuit. Last year was the first since the takeover that IMSA got to go back to playing by thier rules. In particular caution, red, flags well everything. Since in a 12/24 hour endurance race Nascar would yellow flag anything. (just like Nascar races) To the point that at least one high profile race team quit coming over from Europe for IMSA's US flagship race Sebring. Fans that went to the US Leman races were pissed. Most F1 F2 and Le Man racers consider Nascar similar too their go cart days as kids. No love there. Nascar has got greedy and boring. Their attempt by purchasing IMSA was most likely made to broaden their worldwide appeal. and possibly expansion. It backfired. In particular in Europe where for the most part Nascar is a joke. Nascar has become greedy and should have stayed where they were. With the exception of only 2 restrictor plate races where in Alabama and Daytona the stock cars will rarely use brakes. It's balls out from the start. It's a pretty boring circuit past that. Too many commercials, and lack of bona fide drivers. and teams. The same names every week. F1 runs protypes. IMSA runs several classes including prototypes. Protoypes being the Le Mans circuit #1 class. These races make watching the Nascar Toyota Camry's and Ford Fusions a boring experience IMO. Plus they run on road courses. Not ovals. Nascar is losing audiences for sure. The few remaining dirt ovals in the US,still are fun though. Local racers on tight budgets are more interesting than most Nascar races.
  5. Goodwin is done. If he had potential the big league team the Bills develop players for would have signed him. The hoody*** showed zero interest.
  6. "you are entitled too your opinion" a phrase you use constantly since turning over your "new leaf" reeks of a veiled derogatory "personal attack". In essence your opinions are far superior from your POV.... And always correct. Which is laughable since you're rarely correct. It's all speculation on the team, it's ownership, players and in particular the the new HC & GM. at this point from anyone here. Deal with it man.
  7. He's been playing pickup basketball. It's obvious he is transitioning. He should be cut immediately. He is a malcontent and like anyone want's too get paid. We need more guys like Tyrod who take pay cuts too stay im Buffalo. Sammy will he gone. And the Bills will be the losers on that 24 year old kid.
  8. You would have a face like I do. If an ex coach stuck a wooden beach chair up your arse last night.
  9. Reggie's horizontal running game last season was something to behold.
  10. Depending on one's health, due too medical conditions. Sometimes one can ballpark when their time is up. Or the doctors do it for you. A thing that is not particularly of interest to me. Since my wife went through this like others here. In all honesty that situation sucks.
  11. Yea, probably a bad example. Dockery? IDK it has happened. In the recent past it's more flat out rejections by FA's for one reason or another. The teams FO, QB, and record is probably more the reason than Buffalo the city.
  12. It seems the wives miss them most. I could care less. Plus I can't make most December games. The gameday experience in the clubs is great. I am sure in all of them at times you will find ex players dating too the 60's signing and B-essing at certain games. ( for some reason always the pats***) We have seen Joe D twice. I think he has seasons. I asked him both times. can I buy you a drink? the second year he said yes. He wanted a bottle of water. Great guy. We told him because of the shape he was in. He looked game ready.
  13. No, i'm joking. But as far as the heated seats in the Kelly club. Ours have been broke for a couple of years. Ever since Shady got that restructured contract. Coincidence?
  14. Wow, you didn't get suspicious when the usher at the entrance to your section asked if anyone in your party had a walker or cane they wanted to check?
  15. Which club were your seats? Because in the Kelly club I never witnessed that. In particular those sitting in the section below the Sabres box. It can get pretty loud and no one complains that I ever heard.
  16. Reading the media, and the Pegula hires (with both teams) they seem too change what they want in FO hires. Then hire the first people who meet their new criteria. This board had a lot of Rex lovers. And the McD and Beane love is no different. Your points above for the most part make sense in the sense of the Bills philosophy over many regimes. And 2 owners. I still believe in the unpopular view that Russ Brandon owns the owners ears and eyes. He must go. The new regime gets full support until proven otherwise. The gameday coaching is critical. And why is Crossman still employed? My first negative on this regime. Lets hope the new regime can get it done. The offseason accolades is pure fluff. Dareus made comments that lead me too believe this team will be different and every player will be held accountable. That was not fluff.
  17. Jones--- those pics of me hammered and fondling young babes were photoshopped. The Big guy knows that right?
  18. Also, look closely when the Bucs put him in for mop up this year. You will see he wears his wedding ring when he plays.
  19. People can say what they want about Chip Kelly's less than stellar NFL career. But when the Ducks noticed him in HS. Then recruited hard for him. And Kelly started him as a true freshman. Fans were stunned. It was nuts. We were living in Duck country at the time. And we got a lot of MM exposure. I Wished hard for him too become a Bill. Like that would happen. He is a hard working guy. Keeps his mouth shut and just plays. That said Winston certainly is impressing in the league. The Tampa Bay game will be way tougher than some may predict.Buffalo better have a defense ready. Carr good for him.
  20. It seems like about 1% of weekend bicycle warriors even know that.
  21. We will just have too disagree on this. Let's count the people who lose a gig, get in trouble with the law etc. make idiots of themselves. this week alone. or, well I have too leave politics out of this. I am being a tad hypocritical with my stance since social media platforms has made us money. I am sure were not the only one's on this board who have done so. So keep tweeting, snapchatting, etc. I get your point. You state it well.
  22. Well to each their own. Eff the #billsmafia. They don't speak for me, the guy that posted below me, and the vast majority of bills fans. Social media? the scourage of the 21st century. But popularity contests must mean a lot. Most fans weigh the W's a lot more.
  23. I guess I don't put as much weight as too exactly whatever the Bills Mafia is purported too be. Sure some Bills reference them. I see it is although now bigger, but far from a force in Bills fandom. Most fans in Buffalo certainly have heard of them. Most could care less. I am talking fans 25-60 in age. In particular the ones at the tailgate we attend. In the beginning BM was 3 fans selling T-shirts for charity ( I think). Their regional popularity IMO is using the word Mafia. Good call there! But Bills game I have been too in Buffalo they are invisible. Not too say they are not there wherever they hangout. where We tailgate and sit in the Kelly club seats they are invisible. We see the Buf State cheerleaders in the lot more than any other organized group. ( how lucky is that) I took your point that social media involving Bills Mafia, etc. will attract FA's. I don't agree. $$$$$ and lots of it attract free agents to Buffalo. It's Buffalo in all it's glory. With a downtown that is on a bit of a upswing. But still it is not a place any player tells his agent Buffalo is on my top 3 places I would like to play. That's not even getting into the fact that for now it is still an irrelavant franchise. Lets hope a winning culture with the new regime changes that. IMO that would be the draw for quality FA's.
