I am from RVA area as well and will be up for this game. This is my suggestion and may do it again for this game as we did it on Sat for the Fins game last weekend. Since this a late afternoon game, arrive promptly when Gabriel’s Gate opens @11:30. Then you should be able to get a bar spot. Sunday brunch will be available and you can toss some of their wings in with it. Plenty of time to enjoy arguably some of the best wings in Buffalo at the bar of a cool place to eat and make it to the stadium easily in time. The bar location is far better than the tables @GG. You can watch 1:00 pre-game NFL on one of the big screen TVs.

Saw the Gilmour show at MSG on Wednesday. He can still shred it…amazing show. Still 2 dates remaining @MSG until the tour is over if you want to see it. We sat behind the UK family of backup singer Charley Webb which includes 2 young daughters of Charley and they were a fun sidelight to speak with as it was their first time in Manhattan.

France is stringent for citizenship and we are in the midst of pursuing this for my wife as her mother was born in France and was a French citizen. i can only advise that our experience is that processing citizenship can be a trying prospect and expect slow response and innumerable documentation requirements depending upon the country requirements.

I periodically consult in Indy. Always try to include a Wednesday night layover so I can visit Slippery Noodle Inn (the oldest bar in Indy) for blues night. It’s free and has good bar food.

Nice to know there will be other Bills fans there. I do periodic on-site consulting in Indy and was able to purposely organize my next visit for next week & will arrive early Sunday.

I am loyal to Hendricks, Fever Tree tonic, with slices of cucumber. Dried juniper berries on top finishes it off well but sometimes tough to find a bar that finishes it that way.

I had the opportunity to meet Lesh before a Dead show at Philly about 15-20 years ago. He had an organ donation event in the afternoon prior to the show where he signed paraphernalia in return for a donation to an organ donation group that I do not recall and/or signing up for organ donation. I will never forget how humble and mild mannered he was. We only spoke for 1-2 minutes and no inkling of him being a famous musician and nice to see him continuing to support other organ recipients after his liver transplant.

I was a baseball fanatic when young but they lost me when teams can spend whatever they want on salaries. Ruins competitiveness. 3 of the 4 teams currently in the MLB playoffs are the top three in salary expense. I will dump the NFL if salary cap parity is also removed. I may be incorrect but I believe there are several players on the current teams still in the playoffs that make more $ than the combined salary of some MLB teams.

Very rarely do I purchase or wear any regular clothes with a logo on it. Bills sports gear is special case. When someone pays me to wear their logo then I might consider it. I can usually find other non designer apparel that is better quality than most logo apparel (Hilfiger, Lauren, etc.).
