As I remember it the rants were very much the same as they are today. He's always spoken as if he knows better, as if he knows item one about football. When it comes down to it, he doesn't. He enjoys the losing and feels his opinions are a way of "talking straight" to the fans, and that every comment from OBD is a spin job. He hated Kelly for god's sake...

You obviously weren't familiar with Sullivan during the "glory days" of the early nineties. He sounded much the same as he does today and had the same unfounded yet consistent negative opinions on teams that were going 13-3.

The whole staff ...TD, Modrak, Ralph, Coaches, and scouts collectively do the picking. I see nobody coming out next year that I'd be more excited about than JP in the QB department, especially with his mobility. Oh, and TD will be here next year like it or not.

That pick that we "don't have" next year is JP Losman, with a year in the system under our coaches, as opposed to some rookie QB fresh out of college.

He showed a lot today given the situation. His break away from Ray Lewis was eye-opening. Still needs to improve in pass Protect and catching but is no worse than TH in those areas. I still think we have 2 good rb's but Willis is slowly but surely going to take the majority of snaps.

Unfortunately for us, while JP's elusiveness will surely benefit this team, his other deficiencies as a rook in the NFL will just do us in in other ways. Of course this all may not matter in a couple weeks when he's ready to go. I like the idea of Drew between the 20's and JP in the redzone. Atleast try it out...

It's been Drew's fault on 2 of the four picks today. Two is bad enough without getting "help" from your teammates.

I certainly would have liked to see more runs inside the ten than they have been calling. The Ravens must be just daring us to throw and were not good enough to produce.

I don't know. I guess you're just from a different generation. I root for the Bills. I don't get off on bashing a team that I know is giving 100% effort to become a better team. I don't try to outguess proffessionals who know 100 times more about the game than I do, and I know alot. When you bash, just back it up and I have no problem with it. Of course you can continue to do whatever you want though....

I don't see her coming in here with broad sweeping statements about this guy sucks and that guy sucks with nothing to back it up.

I think your life as a Bills fan would be a lot more fun if you took some tips from your Mom on how to be a fan. Just an opinion though...
