  1. Yeah, we suck against the run, but we were essentially conceding it at times along with the TE and paases to their RBs . While Hill had 4 for 80, we actually did a pretty good job of containing him and Waddle was a non-factor. Gonna be another big challenge against Taylor next week, too.
  2. Mad respect. Big tip of the hat to Tua.
  3. Safe to say he’s really missing Diggs and Collins at this point.
  4. Agree entirely. TNF has been a lousy product since it began.
  5. Achane’s speed hurt us several times in that game as they took advantage of Spector’s lack of it. I’d feel far more comfortable with Bernard.
  6. Cooper and Samuel were both listed as limited in practice today
  7. So saddened to hear this news. Lotsa laughs over the last 26 years. RIP, John. Travel well Bills brother.
  8. No hitch in Bernard’s giddyup from what I can gather from the video, so that’s encouraging. We need him in the lineup, especially with the speed Miami routinely exhibits, especially by Achane. As for Cooper, bad wrist or not, as long as his legs are ok to run patterns, he’s gonna suit up and play.
  9. Sounds like you might be clutching pearls about all this pearl clutching.
  10. I wouldn’t have drafted Worthy, let alone trade for him now. Despite Samuels not working out at this point. We have enough off ball receivers anyway.
  11. Miami’s McD Versus Buffalo’s McD Means the Bills will romp
  12. Diggs was a good dude and enjoyed his stay here. And who can forget him taking selfies with fans, especially kids, at the open practices at the stadium. He’s a hound dog though, and he may have crossed a few boundaries with a lady or two in the building. But that aside, he was a great competitor between the lines and I respect him as a football player and it sucks he’s done done for the season with a long road back to what he was, if he ever gets there again.
  13. Yep. Take what the D gives, hurt them enough to have to adjust, and then take what you want. Patience is the ultimate virtue for good OCs and good QBs. I think Brady is getting better at setting up plays for later, too. Those repetitive bubble screens to Shakir early on, for example, did that.
  14. I recall an article from the mid-80s that said for the 25 year period from 1960 thru 1984, the Bills had the worst winning percentage among all teams across the four major pro sports played in the US. Don’t know if that was true or not, but having lived thru that stretch, I wouldn’t doubt it.
  15. Yep. It appears so. Time to change my handle to Mr. Magoo.
  16. Got them of the game logs on pro football reference. Like I said, I got that number directly off the pro football reference game logs for 2024. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/M/MackKh00.htm#last5
  17. I wouldn’t offer them anything at this point. 1.5 sacks in seven games this season indicates a big decline. Heck, Von had three in the four games he’s played so far and he’s returning. I don’t think we need him.
  18. And countless great times. Went to my first game as a five year old in ‘64 and haven’t regretted a minute the entire time.
  19. Way too much, especially for a 33 year old who would be a rental with no guarantee of re-signing.
  20. I doubt it with Von coming back.
  21. His blocking may have been the thing that impressed me the most when looking at his college video. Blocks until the whistle and blocks even if the play is on the other side of the field 30 yards away. He’s gonna frustrate a lot of DBs in his career.
  22. Hadn’t seen that clip before I posted so it’s nice to know I’m not as senile as I’d feared. 😄
  23. IIRC, Hooks caught a long pass on a previous play to get us in Hail Mary position to begin with. One of my favorite experiences in that stadium.
