  1. Will this insufferable, useless thread ever die?
  2. Used to be the Hyatt. Not sure if that’s still true, but it most likely is. EDIT: Except for the Bengals. They stay at the Motel 6.
  3. Not being able to admit you’re wrong is the first sign of low intelligence.
  4. I don’t necessarily disagree. I just don’t accept the idea that a player is being kept out because the game is deemed “less important” by McD or anyone else with the team.
  5. There are only 17 games in a season. They are ALL big games. When medical determines they are fully healthy and able to return, they will return. It certainly won’t be because the Bills brain trust thinks certain games are less important than others.
  6. Got it. Thanks for the further clarification. But you forgot tarred and feathered.
  7. In that case, every other team in the league needs to fire their training staffs as well. No team is unscathed.
  8. “Cavalcade of awful.” Nice.
  9. They fired their S&C coach, that’s it. They lost Denny Kellington, who, along with others on the staff, was credited with saving Damar’s life. The rest of that award winning training staff were retained.
  10. No worries. My old, over-officious habits die hard, what can I say.
  11. Allow me a slight nitpick here. Odd numbered techs don’t denote a straight-up gap assignment. Rather they refer to “shades” as in those techs are shading a shoulder of either the G or T (1T, 3T, 5T) or the TE (7T).
  12. When I think of all the years Bruce spent in a 34 defense I can only wonder what his record would have been as a 43 DE instead.
  13. I would add that there are also 2, 4, and 6 techs as well. They allude to lining up directly over the G, T, and TE, respectively.
  14. I’m ok with nose guard. But the coach-speak football nerds like to be cool as if they’re in the film room breaking things down. Yeah. That’s what I said.
  15. Nose guard is 0 tech.
  16. I don’t think I came anywhere close to suggesting otherwise. Micah had all the tools required, both physical and mental.
  17. A couple years in an NFL training and nutritional program and there is absolutely no reason why not, assuming he stays healthy. He was projected as a first round pick by some after his second year in college before his back injury in his final college season last year. He’s got all the tools.
  18. I appreciate where you’re coming from but imo, 26-6 is exactly why it doesn’t make sense because those previous games have zero relevance to the next game. Pats*** haven’t had a QB this talented since Brady both physically and mentally. The kid can flat out play.
  19. I agree. But I’ve never taken opponents lightly, especially division opponents. We have a tendency to do that around these parts.
  20. Pats*** may not be the easy W many presumed previously. Maye can play.
