How did Carter Hutton ever get a job as an NHL goalie? There isn’t a SINGLE aspect of the position that he excels at. Indeed, he flat out sucks at most of them. That third goal was a classic example. Perhaps the worst positional goalie in the league. And Eichel needs to get some time off. He is clearly not himself.

Eichel is hurt and has been for several games now. I admire his toughness for trying to play through it, but I’m not sure he wouldn’t be better served by getting some time off.

Michael Thomas is way out of line here.

That is just mind boggling for a man that size. If I’m Detroit and can’t get someone to move up for a QB, I’m taking him at 3 and happy as hell for the next 10 years. I didn’t think he’d make it to 22, anyway, as I thought he was a top 10 lock, but man, talk about solidifying your position in the draft.

That’s even more crazy than Becton. Holy F! They’ll both be gone, but if either Becton or Wirfs was there at 22, I’d be all over it.

Damned good at what he can do and is a weapon to be sure, but he is limited. Personally, I’d want more versatility. That’s not a knock on Metcalf, just a preference for one that offers more scheme flexibility.

I love the underwear Olympics hype. My favorite event is still the 10 yard split for DTs. That said, while we’ve seen some great feats of athleticism from the WRs, I doubt anyone’s 40 time, vertical, or broad jump is gonna move the needle much in the eyes of most teams. It’s all about how the athleticism displayed at the combine matches up with what they’ve put on video over the course of their careers.

I’d go with the one who can get separation quicker.

Shouldn’t they be at the 10 yard marker then? It would be funny to see McBeane sitting there all alone while everyone else is stacked up at the finish line.

All kidding aside, his relationship with KP is a total non factor. He’s probably on the bubble currently given the TEs on the roster, but he possesses enough athleticism to get another look at OTAs and camp and I’d understand if they gave him that chance. I also wouldn’t be surprised if he was released outright, either.

Witten probably thought we signed Eddie Fisher.

Good for Jason Witten. He won’t be the first player who is as dumb as a stump to be inducted. He might be the dumbest of those dumb stumps though.
