Are you suggesting the Sammy Watkins we traded in August of ‘17 is the same Sammy Watkins that won a SB in February of 2020? That’s a specious argument at best not to mention lazy.

It’s especially stupid when you stop to consider that when an AT-4 rocket launcher is used once, it can never be used again, so you are just carrying around a fiber glass tube just for show. Absolutely. In some cases, that can be a life changing chunk of change in your pocket.

Players only get paid their salary after each regular season game; 1/16th of their annual pay each week, excluding the bye. Players get paid for camp and preseason games at a fixed league wide rate but that is separate from their salary; something like 1k per week for rookies, 2k for vets. Not sure if the new CBA changes any of that. I doubt it.
