  1. The irrelevant trying to become relevant even if it’s his own funeral.
  2. Just like TBD to turn this into a “waaaaahhh we don’t have Isaiah Hodgins” thread. we had a ton of injuries taking place when we lost him. Beane was playing with the PS/roster and had to take a chance. He did and he lost. It happens. get over it….he ain’t coming back and crying about it just makes you look adolescent
  3. Adding proven players to the practice squad is always a good move imo. There’s a better chance of him helping the team than “insert name of newly cut PS player here”
  4. Ain’t no doubt.
  5. He’s taken his game to the next level. Has the ability to dominate games. He’s going to be a problem for a long time.
  6. Eh. I just go by what I see on the field. He’s within the top 20 DE’s imo. He’s does it all and affect the fame in ways others can’t. I think he’s currently our 2nd best player on D behind Milano.
  7. That’s why everyone said he’s a very good player that, if he continues to play at this level, will become elite. His play has been all pro level imo. In the first meeting, the jets had 3 points when he left with injury. They scored 17 after he left and did a ton of damage on the right side. He was sorely missed the second he left. Then we lose the Vikings game, with him out. I think we win both games if he didn’t get injured. he’s developing into a special player, get used to it. He’s not an “above average starter” right now. Watch him on every snap- he’s a monster.
  8. It’s doesn’t matter…..it’s ok if you don’t care about him…..but why “hate” something like this? Imagine being a 7th rd pick, start the season as the 3rd string qb as a rookie and end up being the starter…..and beating a dolphins team on a nice win streak and then defeating Tom Brady in his first start? enjoy it for what it is…… a great story. or hate it like a Scrooge.
  9. He’s played very well for a 7th rd pick. He’s a great story and discussion. I hate it when people hate things that carry no weight in their lives. Why hate such a thing?
  10. Fat, Hefty, hefty, Fat, All you can eat, Sushi ,
  11. Now that we have all these playoff teams, I wish they would give the teams the choice of who they play based on seed- 1st seed gets the bye- 2nd seed picks who they play- 3rd seed picks their opponent (as long as they haven’t been picked) 4th seed plays the team left over as long as they (the 4th seed) wasn’t picked by the 2nd or 3rd seeds. crappy division winners get the benefit of playing an easier schedule and basically makes the playoffs by default. this titans team is 💩 and they don’t deserve a home playoff game, let alone a playoff bid. As the highest seed in rd 1, the #2 seed should play the worst team. But they don’t because crappy division winners are given higher rank than every WC team. Its nonsense. As it stands, the best WC team plays the worst division winner yearly- end rant 🤷🏻‍♂️
  12. Hope we can add him to the ps
  13. That’s ridiculous. He’s missed 3.5 games. You’re saying that he can never reach elite status if he misses a handful of games each year due to injury. in the last 20 years, how many players have been top 5 in sacks after missing more than 3 games? 2- a juiced up Shawn Merriman and a probably juiced up clay Matthews. Rousseau is a dominant force rushing the passer…..and is even better vs the run. He’s borderline elite right now based on his play in 2022. 7 sacks in 9.5 games while being one of the best run stoppers around. I just hope we can afford the 30M+ aav contract he’s going to get in 3 years.
  14. Yeah, play zone. i guess getting RG the playbook on draft day didn’t help with his technique
  15. They are a bad matchup for our OL. Our DL is an equally bad matchup for their OL. milano and edmunds are a great matchup for us vs their bread and butter- ekeler.
  16. Similar to vons acl I think it was settle who pushed over the OL onto vons knee
  17. In other words- he ain’t ready to be a starter in our system yet.
  18. I don’t think they really coincide.
  19. He’s saying that crowder was supposed to be the starter. Looking at their careers, he should have been. He’s been MUCH more productive as a slot WR. His “2 year contract” is similar to vons 6 year contract- the teams can get out of it when it’s 1/2 complete. In dirtys case, after this season. Crowders contract gives him a chance to be a FA after the season whether the teams wants to or not. He didn’t want to be stuck in another year of making 2M. He thought he would take Beasley’s role, accumulate lots of catches and hopefully double his salary. Mckenzie was fine with it. I’m quite sure Beane would’ve been happy to sign crowder to mckenzies contract…..crowder wasn’t.
  20. This is the best I’ve found but it doesn’t include this weeks games. http://hosted.stats.com/fb/tmleaders.asp?type=Receiving&range=NFL&rank=232 Green Bay had a bye. So if we had 2 drops last game, we passed them. It would be on the teams tier or below us to match us this week. Either way, we drop way too many passes. That’s obvious
  21. Idk, It’s strange to me that he would abandon the run vs the jets for a few reasons: The weather was bad, especially early. The jets pass d is much better than their run D. We were having little to no success passing the ball and protecting 17 the entire 1st half. why not give it a try. We ran very effectively vs the pats who (statistically) have a better run d than the jets. Quinnen Williams is a monster, yes……so we should put him in position to take on our worst pass blocker (Saffold) all game and let him rush our franchise QB. He may have had 4 or 5 sacks if he didn’t get hurt. Barely calling any running plays led us to 14 first downs. Our D saved KDs butt from getting swept by the jets under his offensive lead.
