Can’t really pinpoint why I can’t stand him. Mainly because he was supposed to be a good goal line/short yardage type back. Yet, I’d rather us hand the ball to motor or cook in almost every situation. I backed him all preseason and was hoping that he would make strides like motor did in year 3. After 4 games, all I know is that i hope he gets zero carries each week. Just a hunch of hate

You’re new. We’ve had lots of discussion on Rudolph here. My feelings of Rudolph were known and adamant. I stated several times that he was the only QB in that draft that I would’ve been sad about drafting.
-
Yeah. I watch lots of tape on lots of prospects every year. Especially that year, I watched a lot of his college tape. I hated him as an NFL prospect. I was right to hate him. He stinks. You’ll see. He will likely never be a chosen starter ever again and never amount to anything more than a bum nfl qb. you listed college stats. Playing in the big 12. You act as if that means something with regards to success in the nfl.

Same here. Our use of the TE is minimal. Like the niners paying kittle 17M a year and rarely ever throw to him. anyone combing all-22s to see if he’s getting open? If this is how we plan on using him week to week, we should’ve paid someone else. Love the guy, but he’s not contributing enough to make 14M aav

Not taking away from Poyer- he won the game for us—— but Shaq and Rousseau prevented Lamar from seeing the wide open Duvernay until Poyer could get there. Shaq beating Faalale on the outside changed the play. Two game winning end zone interceptions defined the last two wins vs the ravens.

They were averaging 35 ppg iirc. We shut them out for over a half in a situation where one score beats us. The DL, missing Ed and Phillips, came up big. Milano is playing like an all pro- Poyer is an all pro. So is Von Miller. Rousseau playing like an all-pro. Tremaine playing like an all pro. Daquan playing like a pro bowler. After a tough start, our D flexed on Baltimore.

He’s a good back. If we let him go next year and don’t upgrade what we have, we’ll be worse @ RB. I don’t think cook will ever be more than a really good pass catching back. As rusher…. Meh. Get Moss off my TV too. It’s not all his fault. He’s capable of playing well. He’s just got some bad juju or something. ☮️

Ball security and even more so, drops. The drops have been driving me nuts. Most of them low difficulty. I expect this to change and our O will once again be close to unstoppable.

Helps win the game Sunday causing a TO. Cut 2 days later. Persevere young man. Maybe we’ll see you again.

I’ve said my peace on this bum since prior to the 2018 draft. He was the only QB I was against taking. I watched a lot of his tape in college. He was like a deer in headlights. He played vs Big 12 defenses which had some thinking he was good. Not a terrible college qb, but that rarely translates in the nfl. He reminded me of Landry Jones. So far, he’s done nothing to change my mind. I watched all of Eric Crouch’s games in Nebraska. I thought he was a great college QB. That doesn’t mean he was going to be a good nfl player.

Bills once again tops in the league at 4th down decision making
NewEra replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah... different GM approaches + hitting or missing on draft picks. We’ve missed our OL picks (so far) under Beane. KC has hit big on a couple as well as a couple misses. Our DL vs their OL will likely determine the winner -

Yeah I hear ya. I was hoping that upgrading the OL would be our #1 priority this past offseason. Keep our franchise healthy and protected. He chose the DL again. This time around he chose the right players and it’s paying off. Beane has to choose which direction to spend and which to skimp on and develop within. Based on their track record…..drafting OL could be a big mistake. He’s o’fer atm imo. The only good OL he’s drafted, he traded. Ford 🤮 Brown 🤮 Doyle 🤮 Tenuta 🤮 brown isn’t a lost cause yet…. But he sucks right now imo. -
Wait and see. I’m not going to waste any more time debating it. Just….wait and see.

NewEra replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s a BIG issue of money. So much so that we will be losing pro bowl players this year. Ed will want a huge contract and he’s not even a FA. We currently sit 4.7M OVER the cap. If we spent our first 3 picks on OL I’d cry. I agree that I would love to upgrade our OL, but drafting rookie OL in rd 1-3 doesn’t necessarily upgrade anything. It could be worse. free agents- Poyer Edmunds Morse Saffold phillips singletary crowder quessenberry shaq kumerow matakavich van roten sam martin Andre smith tawian jones Ike RFA- Dane dodson cam lewis jaquan sweeney -

Wow. That run blocking graph…..LOL -
Mason Rudolph is a bum. Never had a chance. Sorry. Truth

I can’t believe you still have an active account Davis needs a rest. He’s pretty useless rn

KC was certainly impressive. Mahomes is making his case he’s a still the best QB even without Tyreek. I do think the whole hurricane thing had a negative effect on TB…. But Mahomes deserves all the credit. Special performance

We’ll see. I think shakir can be a real playmaker if Dorsey uses him. I had him as. 2nd rd talent and the top WR on the board when we picked cook. I just hope he gets the opportunity. I can’t say I’m upset that crowder got hurt. He was in the way of shakir making a difference. Crowder was more valuable as a punt returner than WR. Then there’s James Cook. I was never a big fan of him as RB, but he’s super smooth out there with his routes and hands looked as natural as they come in college. Tough start but we can’t base his whole career on his first 4 games. The kid is talented. We paid Dawson Knox. He has the athletic ability. He’s just not getting targets. Mckenzie has rare speed and Josh trusts him. Expect more big 3rd down conversion coming from Dirt. Singletary is better than most think. He makes plays. Quintin Morris- I think he’s talented and a nice fit as TE2. His blocking has improved and he’s got some skills as a receiver. Zack Moss- diaf kumerow has shown capable and is a beast in the run game and ST. Diggs- the man Bad weather holds us back much more than the talent of our pass catchers. Josh makes all these plays with his legs on 3rd and 4th. Not because we lack talent, but because he’s almost unstoppable on the move and the chances of converting the 1st go up if he’s in position to run or pass. Davis—— I agree. The ankle will always be an issue. I’d like to add WR talent. Don’t get me wrong. But we can win the SB with this unit considering the overall talent on the team. We’re loaded.

NFL WEEK #4 - Bills at Ravens - Post Game Thread
NewEra replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Thanks. I saw it in another thread. Helluva play by an unheralded player. Our DL didn’t miss a beat in the 2nd half. -
Now is the time we need Cook to start playing well
NewEra replied to Orlando Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed. 2 of the 4 games he’s botched his 1st touch which basically ends his day -

Definitely hoping to see him more involved in the pass game -
Helluva play. We all noticed Milano wrecking Dobbins, but that was all BB. We’re so loaded @ DT. Wonder if we don’t trade one. Jones, settle, Ed and Phillips. Emili made the play on Poyers first pick. Poyer was just at the right place at the right time. Prince made that play. This D ♥️ 💙

The Bills won yesterday because.... (karma reasons only)
NewEra replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall
Because I wore my red Poyer Jersey. -
Why not make it a poll? I say no. We don’t need him vs Pittsburgh.
