Great News! Here come the tears again.

Personally, I don't think either team wishes to play this game. Both teams just went through a traumatic experience together (obviously worse for the Bills.) I don't know how into it they would be to beat each others brains in a week from now. If they meet in the playoffs, it would be a bit different since they would have a couple of games in between.

Johnson practicing is a good thing, but it's going to be difficult to get through protocol given that it occurred Monday.

I think it will be a good distraction for them. Difficult at first, but as the week goes on and they are in more and more of a routine it will get easier. That doesn't mean they forget about their teammate, just something to take their mind off it for a few hours at a time.

From what I see they are saying 24" between Friday night and Monday morning. Not all at once.

Why is there any talk of moving the game? As far as I know, it isn't even being discussed by the NFL, nor should it.

I don't think this draft was meant to get starters. Bills were pretty much set at most positions, this draft was purely for backups that eventually become starters and role players. When a team is good it's hard to oust one of the top guys.

I don't think it's an indictment of Beane, nearly everyone thought Davis and McKenzie were going to step up. Unfortunately this year they both have a case of the drops. This is definitely a lack of confidence vote on those two. I also think some of the blame lies with Dorsey, he just seems to be having trouble to scheme these guys open. I know he needs to make a stamp on this team, but he should go back to Daboll's playbook and see what he did.

Didn't care for him last year because he would make the catch and immediately fall, but to be honest, we could use that now. At least move the ball 5 - 6 yards a pop. Slot has been really bad this year. A move necessitated by McKittrick's inability to hold onto the ball.
