True and TBH I hated when we hired him as his OC experience prior was less than ideal as most of his teams struggled passing but of course applaud him for what did this year . Now he might have learned a few things in NE and Alabama and a changed man but there's no guarantee he replicate that same success elsewhere. Why? Tasker played 169 career regular season NFL games. How many would you honestly say he alone was a game changer for? I honestly don't know but think 16 is a high estimate which is less than 10% of his career. I'm sorry he played well and maybe was arguably the best at his position but just a role player at most. I've compared him to the best career pinch hitter in the MLB who I can't name off the top of my head and pretty sure they aren't a HOFer.

Most feel Lynn just used Roman's playbook and called plays, am sure he did more yet his connection to Rex Ryan doesn't help either. In terms of Dorsey he seems like an up and comer and fresh blood whereas Lynn has been coaching in the NFL for over 20 years.
