  1. I say the bye week is the week we hand it over to Peterman. His skill set works best for this offence, short drops, quick discussions, accurate short timing throws and he is mobile. I know people are going to say he was a 5th round pick and I'm not saying he will be the long term answer. However, TT is best suited when he can take deep drops allowing him to see over the line and tempting lineman to veer out of their rush lanes allowing TT the option to take off.
  2. Brady is 40, they say old age creeps up on you, they are wrong. I am 56 and trust me as you age it hits you fast and hard (see Manning's last two years and the incredible slide between the two).
  3. Why do people say Peterman is doing this against third stringers without pointing out is also doing it with third stringers.
  4. Yuk, I still remember him taking that kick-off out of the end zone fumbling and the Pats win, just down the ball and we win, no thanks on him.
  5. Great retort here, here, common since, that rear commodity these days
  6. I hadn't seen the game before reading the posts on Friday and I was disappointed most of them were at the most so so about Peterman. Then I watched the game, I thought he did really well. The biggest knock on him was arm strength not accuracy, mobility, bad tem guy, not a leader. I know he is no Montana but, read the pre-draft Montana reviews and arm strength was not a strength of his. He went in the 3rd round, he ended up OK.
  7. I live in LA and I would give it one more year. Clearly coaches and teams have a big impact on how any QB will do. Wentz went to a far better situation. Things have settled down out here and I think he will do much better this year. That being said I think both of these guys will be at the very least OK.
  8. Where is the orange county cal. group meeting these days, no more wings and things.
  9. I think we worked the draft great, two ones next year gives us a lot of flexibility. Old school but, Jerry Butler and Bucky Brooks too.
  10. I think both Brown, Ragland & Hodges should start, save wear and tear on Alexander who should be a rotation DE.
  11. I live in LA from Buffalo been here 37 years. I follow both teams and I think they both look like 500 teams this next year. It all depends on the QB and injuries. That being said TT is better right now Geoff has the higher ceiling.
  12. As usual it will depend on injuries an QB play. Can't control injuries but, I believe with a far more stable sane coaching staff TT has a chance to be a playoff QB, not great but, top 1/3.
  13. change password

  14. If we keep TT for two more years, we should trade back pick up another pick. Draft a CB in round 1 to replace Gilmore, resign Woods and if Mahomes is available in round 2 take him. After that let it play out.
  15. I hope we keep TT we then have TT and if he fails Cardale is under contract for 3 more years. If we do that please trade back get a WR and then CB in round 2 CB is a much deeper position than WR in this draft.
  16. If he was such a good evaluator wouldn't he still be in the NFL?
  17. Unless his stock sky rockets at draft time (and I hope it does) I'd trade down and grab him. QB so incredibly important it is worth the risk. It is not like in the past a 1st rounder missed you are set back five years. But, if you hit on one it makes your decade.
  18. We need to trade down and get Mohones
  19. How old was Favre when he had to hang it up?
  20. Pick up the TT option or re-do a deal with him. Let him compete with Cardale and draft a QB that can sit a year and learn.
