I think John is one of the he asks and answers the question in the process, like he does not want to give the interviewer a chance at saying something contrravercial(sp) . I for one am not a fan of this type of questioning, I would rather have a question like Seeing your from Rochester where would like to see a stadium built? Whats the point of interviewing a guy for yes and no answers and they are struggling to make it more than yes and no. My two cents worth.

The problem I see with going better than 8-8 is the schedule. Much more difficult than last year. Both Offense and Defense should be better than last year as the learning curve has shortened better knowledge in the the systems. . I see a lot of very close games and if Rex's D does not get better our head coach in waiting is Roman so we can move forward in a more uniform way than in the past. I think the only way we make the playoffs is to win the division. As you all know that will be a daunting task. Wins out of the division will be tough I see us as 5-1 in Division this year do not see Fins and Jets not improved enough to beat us and this is the year we get one from the cheatriots.

Coughlin's time management was worse the Rex's it cost his team at least 3 games this year. In a perfect world I would demote Rex to DC and hire an overseer of Offense and Defense who was only calling the game letting his offensive and defensive coordinators control their sides and only decide on time outs, challenges and going for it on 4th down or kicking. I think the day of head coaches overseeing one side of the team and play calling are gone. There is just too much to handle in an efficient manner on the sideline. Rex is too emotional to do a good job with this IMHO.

If rex stays we spend our draft picks on LB to fit is 3- 4 scheme and draft a quarterback and ignore the line yet again. I love Whaley and think he has done a great job. However, the Watkins deal was a mistake. We should have traded back and we would have had our lineman and a good receiver. Why trade up for a WR in a Strong WR draft. Rex's Management of the game on the sidline was a tire fire in NY and now in Buffalo. People are saying do to his contract you can not let Rex go. If you make a mistake you eat it and move forward you don't keep investing in a bad idea. Rex is about de feet .

Rex is all about de feet ! Did not like the hire from the start but said defense should be good. Only reason you hire Rex is because of Defense too big of drop off to keep him .
