Bills now have the 6th youngest starting lineup in the NFL...

Starters. It says it right in the heading. I didn't make it up, it was either on ESPN or the Athletic. -

I think you're missing the point. Beane specifically moved on from older guys who were both expensive AND weren't getting us over the hump, and so far we haven't seen a dropoff. -
Disclaimer: Von Miller doesn't count as a starter. After being one of the older starting rosters in the league a year ago, this speaks to how well Beane is transitioning this team for the future while still keeping them a legitimate competitor for the Lombardi. KC has done it also -- which sucks. Miami, meanwhile, has a starting roster older than dirt. We're lucky to have Big Baller Beane pulling the strings.

Bojo had "the greatest punt you'll watch this season"

Agree! Almost unlistenable. I muted it so I could see BoJo's punt, which was awesome. -
Bills vs Jags Game Week Thread - MNF
eball replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall
Very well explained, however studies show that in the NFL, bad teams don't beat good teams any more frequently in the "trap" scenario than under other circumstances. The bottom line is that in the NFL the margin between victory and defeat is razor thin and taking any game for granted is a recipe for disaster. -

Right? If the Bills were 0-2 and had blown a 10-pt home lead, with the schedule they have coming up, this board would be littered with "fire McD" threads (well, more than usual) and pleas to "blow it all up." We actually had a guy a week or so ago say he was embarrassed for Josh Allen and who he has to play with!!! It is certainly a very interesting study in fan psychology.

@MJS I thought the same, and if their OL is really as bad as it has looked the first two weeks they can’t even rely on that running game. Bills fans in this forum would be losing their s-c-h-i-t-t if the Bills started out the way Baltimore has, but instead we have fans dismissing the first two games as if they are nothing with “it’s a long season” and “they’ll be fine” responses. I’m not so sure.

Losing a last second game at KC isn't unexpected, but the Sunday implosion at home vs. the Raiders is. Now they go to Dallas to face an embarrassed Cowboy squad looking to get back on track, then it's home vs. Buffalo followed by a trip to Cinci. It is not unthinkable they they could be 0-5 in three weeks. And if Dallas loses this week, that's two in a row at home in a "win or bust" season in which both CeeDee and Dak just got paid. Thoughts?

The paper tigers are the Steelers, Texans, and Seahawks. They've beaten bad teams. Everyone else has at least one good win (the Bills and Chiefs have two). After watching Houston last night I'm not convinced they are any better than 5th in the AFC.

The way KC is in some of your heads is hilarious. Andy Reid is a combination of Vince Lombardi and Bill Belichick who can make any offensive personnel work, and Isaiah "Ferdie" Pacheco is suddenly the reincarnation of Jim Brown. They've had a hell of a run. They've also been incredibly lucky. Nature loves an average.

Random talking head says something about the Bills
eball replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
I love that we have a GM who isn’t going to be overly nostalgic or sympathetic and is willing to make decisions that will be unpopular to the public at large but make sense when you truly evaluate them. -

I’m probably in the minority but I felt he was a liability in the run game. -

A few of us on this forum — I mentioned it last week when somebody was calling this a “rebuilding” year — opined that there were legitimate reasons to move away from every player the Bills either traded, released, or did not re-sign. Glad the rest of the world is catching up. -
Bass has made 11 of 12 kicks this year and slipped on the miss. This is reason to worry?

After Josh’s slide…”yeah, that’s what you’re going to do all game.” Josh: “I don’t even know who you are.” LOVE our QB -
Waiting for the “it’s only three weeks” “it’s only four weeks” “it’s only five weeks” responses in the coming month.

My favorite new phrase to describe a plethora of fans in this forum. Well said!
