  1. I'm sorry I didn't post that obviously Mahomes will recover 100% and this is nothing to worry about. It seems that's what you were looking for.
  2. What part of "he has the best surgeon, he's young, and he may heal wonderfully" did you not understand?
  3. Nah, just yet another thread in which @BADOLBILZ makes s-h-I-t up, insults and demeans those who dispute his “creative writing”, and gets his fingers stuck on the emoji keyboard. Nothing to see here.
  4. Umm, no, it’s neither. Are you an orthopedic surgeon? Do you actually believe I want Mahomes to be hobbled?
  5. Who hurt you? You've got some skeletons in that closet for sure...
  6. I'll go on record right now that the NFL is DUMB if they don't seriously consider Bills/Bucs for the Thursday opener. Are you kidding me? The nation loves the Bills again, and Buffalo fans will travel to Tampa so that will be an awesome environment. There is literally no downside to making this the opener -- the AFC runner up vs. the defending champ? Come on.
  7. I say this with peace and love, but this is not a good thing for Mahomes and Chefs' fans. Ask any orthopedic surgeon about foot injuries and he'll give you a concerned look. It might heal wonderfully, but feet get the least amount of blood flow and injuries can linger. I know Mahomes has the best surgeon and he's young...but this is a lot different than even repairing a torn ACL. If you're a professional athlete you really don't want to injure your feet.
  8. Dude. They played four primetime games in the regular season and two more in the playoffs. They have the 2nd or 3rd best odds in the NFL to win the Super Bowl next year, and they have the MVP runner-up at QB. What are you smoking?
  9. Speaking of weird...this is just a really weird post. I think you're absolutely correct regarding Houston but then you keep going back to Pegula hiring McD and that 2017 season as if it was a huge mistake that "just happened" to pan out. After the Rex disaster Pegs knew the organization needed something 180 degrees different. McD is/was a tough-nosed football coach. He also talks openly about his faith. To a lot of players and fans that is important (not to me, incidentally). There was nothing "controversial" about the hire and rebuild except that YOU didn't think it was necessary. That's not controversy, it's a difference of opinion.
  10. That was fun.
  11. Yup. Contrary to what some will have you believe it's not that the Bills didn't try to find Kelly's replacement...they were just wrong with their selections.
  12. If you mean the offseason following 2017 when the Bills purged their roster of failed picks and contracts that enabled them to build the current roster, I think we all look back at the 6-10 2018 season with fondness. I also don’t recall Beane making the sort of disastrous decision with a top draft pick both the Rams and Eagles made (and will now pay for). Beane deserved the leeway to get the Bills’ cap back into shape and by all accounts he has done that. It is curious to me why you feel the need to snipe, even now.
  13. Seriously, you have too much time on your hands.
  14. While true to a certain extent, the Rams and Eagles will have the largest dead cap hits in NFL history.
  15. ...teams should be looking at the Rams' and Eagles' rosters to pounce on what will most certainly be a number of cap casualties. The dead cap hits for Goff and Wentz are astronomical and with a reduced cap in 2021 those teams are going to have to release players they'd otherwise keep. It will be interesting to watch how this all plays out, and whether other teams can find some bargains as a result.
  16. It's just my opinion. I said earlier up thread I understand if others see it differently.
  17. Not saying the toe didn't affect him but the dude ran around for something like 475 yards...you'd think he would have tried to throw more quick passes and dink/dunk to those playmakers the way they did against Buffalo.
  18. You see, there are always going to be comparisons between Allen and Mahomes because they are forever linked by those two drafts and the decision made by McDermott. You're going to frustrate yourself wishing they would go away. Reasonable arguments may be made that Mahomes is still better than Josh, but there are also reasonable arguments to be made that Josh is damn close to Mahomes' level. It just so happens that each QB's most recent performance gives us some insight into how they perform when everything else isn't perfect. In my opinion Josh handled a more "hostile" situation better, but I acknowledge others may take a different view.
  19. No, but all I’ve heard is that Mahomes is some sort of wizard who makes the impossible, possible. All people want to do today is make excuses for him. Josh actually made some things happen in the KC game, and his coach took the ball out of his hands twice when he might have made another play. Mahomes didn’t make much at all happen last night except throw up a few desperation heaves.
  20. I don't know that there's a "problem" but yes, I'd say you're a little sensitive on this issue. If Josh plays a game like Mahomes played last night he'd be eviscerated on this board and in the media. That's a fact. Mahomes gets every benefit of the doubt right now even when he lays a Grade A egg.
  21. Dude, relax. I’m tired of all of the superlatives that get thrown around after the latest performance by all of these guys. Now Tampa is the greatest team ever and will dominate for years. Bottom line is Mahomes looked like crap last night, so everyone can take their foot off the “greatest to play the game” talk for a little while. Allen did more with less, that’s a fact.
  22. And here’s the funny thing...Josh handled it better, on the road, with less support, than the new GOAT. How about that?
  23. Something about this sounds creepy.
