I'm for him making the team if it makes sense. I like the dude, but what Shenault brings as a special teamer and maybe a gadget guy on offense is really all Shavers is up against for not making the team. With CBs going down and deciding on who to keep out of our 37 D lineman makes me think they don't keep more than 6 receivers, with Shavers feeling like the 7th WR on the list behind Keon, Khalil, Josh, Curtis, Elijah, and Laviska. Who's knows though. Elijah hasn't done himself any favors this traing camp.

Not necessarily, my guy. I said basics. There happened to be a lot of good qbs in that era. They're can be more or less. Same could be said for a bad era, as well, where maybe only one gets the Hall. Kelly deserves the Hall, like Moon, Aikman, Elway, Marino, Montana, etc... His stats are legit and hold up for that time.

That's what I'm stating as I hate that a team award matters for individual ones. SBs aren't BS for fans, organization, and Allen for that matter but shouldn't weigh in on overall Hall of Fame resumé. I don't even think they list Wins in QB statistics, but still people make a bigger deal than it should be about it. Hall of Fame is simple....were you in the top 2 or 3 in your position in your era for a decade? That's the basics.

I was at the Bledsoe #1 game. Never knew it was the Bills all-time passing record in a game. Crazy game. I remember being in the tunnel waiting to leave when that ball hit the uprights. Back to our seats we went to watch Peerless Price score the game winner. Epic!

We're fine...we truly are at WR. We should be improved from last year at WR, (Keon, Samuel and Kincaid healthy, addition of Palmer, maybe Moore and as a whole, another year familiar with the system for everybody) and Bills offense ran like a well-oiled machine most of last year. Everybody needs to chill.

Interesting take. Hard to argue your logic on this. I agree. I still think Beane is an outstanding GM, as well as exceptionally respected across the league. He's no dummy and he does everything he can to get the best team pieced together every year. The draft is a crapshoot but you still have to hit on your top rounds, which Beane obviously needs to strike more on. That being said, he's aggressive in free agency, and usually doesn't disappoint. Sometimes you get a little unlucky with certain signings and/or prospects. It's not from a lack of trying. We are blessed to have him, in my opinion.

No, the main reason is because we are better without him. Had our best statistical season ever in Bills history. Plus he's coming off an injury. He won't be worth a $ h i t next year. Diggs is dead in Buffalo. Period.
