  1. The hate for Stevie is mad lame. Real lame. The guy never wanted to leave, he actually embraced Buffalo. I guess having tattoo's and saying things under an emotionally based state of mind is enough to have fans hate you.
  2. ummm.....the Bills helmet is just plain as hell. I think it would've looked better if they made it a white buffalo instead of having it blue and a blue face mask instead of the white.
  3. All I was saying from the jump is that he's not playing like a good QB or even mediocre QB. What's your argument about what you've seen from him? Honestly what has he done that's shown you any promise whatsoever?
  4. He's not good, I mean all you have to do is watch him play. Those are his pro and college career numbers. They're eerily similar, they aren't "wow" stats. Like I said before he is what he is. http://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/ej-manuel-1.html http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/stats/_/id/15803/ej-manuel Well Peyton was a rookie in 1999 like I said. Tom Brady didn't play his first year and when he got thrown in he wasn't as a bad. Foles and Kaepernick didn't start their first year either.
  5. EJ Manuel is not an NFL starting QB. I think fans need to be realistic for once and just admit that the Bills actually wiffed on this one. All I ever hear anymore is "oh it takes time" and "he's only played about 14 games for far". Yeah this isn't 1999, QB's that come into the league now don't need that much time. The last QB that actually needed time to develop is Alex Smith. The problem is the Bills always handle situations halfheartedly and then are stuck spending another 3 years trying to fix the problem they created. Unfortunately, It's the same Ferris Wheel just different passengers.
  6. I don't think it was ever a question of anyone not wanting EJ to do well. I think the whole thing that has had people questioning the decision to draft EJ Manuel with our first round pick is that he was never "THAT GUY" in college so certain people didn't understand the move. If you really look at what EJ he's not that emotional fire in his eyes confident type of QB. He's a game manager and that what he's always been. I put just as much fault on EJ's slow progression or regression on the coaching staff.
  7. Thank you!! I don't understand why people always think it's cool to trade good players we drafted for a 5th round pick on a potential bust. It's just dumb.
  8. Marrone in my honest opinion is an idiot. I mean there should've been a viable veteran backup there since the day he took over the team or at least drafted EJ. Instead we he put all of his eggs into the Jeff Tuel and Thad Lewis basket? that's just ignorance and arrogance at its finest.
  9. Good afternoon everyone! I know there's a been a lot of topics about how the Bon Jovi/Rogers group buying the Bills but I have to ask. Does Mary Wilson have to sell the team to the highest bidder, or can she choose to sell it to another bidder even if they were a few million off of the highest bid? from what I've heard, all the owners have to also agree on the sale as well. I just want to know how much input the league itself actually has on the whole process. Thanks for reading Enjoy the game!! GO BILLS!!!
  10. JBJ and his team or w/e can put in a big as high as they want. The fact of the matter is that it's not an auction and the highest bidder doesn't just get the team. The owners have to agree with it as well. I just don't see the NFL working in Toronto with a team with the Bills and that's what I'm sure they would try to do.
  11. I like Ebron a lot, I was sold on Jace Amaro but after watching game tape on him he's not what we are looking for. What I like about Eric Ebron is how he has great body control. He always seems to put his body in a position where he has the advantage. That to me, is just as or if not more important than having top end speed.
  12. For the first time in a long time the Bills are just making sure they are taking a look at all players who could help the franchise. If the front office didn't look at Chris Johnson who has killed us every time we played it would be a huge mistake. I highly doubt that signing CJ2K warrants the releasing of Spiller.
  13. Williams is barely number 2. Our WR's aren't that good as much as we like to think they are, we need as much depth as possible.
  14. Yeah I'll definitely take a look at them. I too like unpopular players myself and I've really pulled for him when he was with the Bills but honestly after this past season I fell off of the TJ bandwagon. If we can do a player for player trade i'd settle for that!
  15. That may be true, I never said he wouldn't be on someones roster though. Just that I wouldn't be surprised if he was no longer on the Bills roster. I just don't know what team would really trade for him and why? he's shown no consistency whatsoever, no good route running, just straight line speed. There are a lot of NFL WR's with straight line speed. Just because we severely over drafted for him doesn't mean a lot of teams will be willing to trade a pick for him. Why though? maybe i'm missing something but I would have to consider his to be somewhat of a bust at this point in his career. I found this article for the top free agents at their positions some which have signed but just looking at what's left for the taking I don't think TJ getting a trade would warrant any interest. http://www.rotoworld.com/articles/nfl/45947/309/2014-nfl-free-agents
  16. TJ Graham for sure TJ Graham has no trade value whatsoever. There's probably 10 better receivers in this draft than TJ and that number might be low.
  17. TJ is awful, I mean it only ever been about his speed never his ability to make a catch. Smoke in mirrors.
  18. You're spot on with the throwing motions and release points. That does make a huge difference, especially when you are a shorter QB. Russell Wilson only played at about 200lbs when he was in college too. He wasn't that much bigger than Manziel. I have to believe he will bulk up before the NFL season as well.
  19. Lmao, seriously this is the best thing i've seen in a looooong time. Wish I was a part of it haha, just one of the many reasons why the Bills have the best fans in the world!
  20. Oh absolutely, I mean we see it every year. But that's why having that extra confidence means that much more. When I watch EJ, he seems to think about every step every turn of the head everything that he does, you know? It just doesn't look natural for him out there. It is still extremely early in his career though so I do take that into consideration.
  21. I agree with you that getting Manziel would be a good move. I mean he definitely was top 5 douchebag's of 2013 off the field but on the field there's just no way that anyone can knock how he plays the game. I like EJ, I really do but he doesn't play the position with the conviction or confidence that you need to have. Manziel plays with that confidence and that warrants respect against opposing defenses. I don't really care about how big he is or w/e, I mean anyone at any size can get hurt....it's the NFL. Another thing I don't understand is the concept of having to wait around for 3 years for a player to develop ALL THE TIME. It was our excuse for Losman, Edwards and even Fitzpatrick even though he wasn't a rookie. As I look around at the teams playing in the playoffs I can't name one team that would be willing to sit around and pass up on talent at QB if their QB wasn't showing progress from game to game. I've watched a lot of Texas A&M games this year and Manziel makes NFL type throws with no problem, he isn't as much of a run first QB as most people think either. He's just good at eluding pressure and sensing when it's time to run. On another note, people shouldn't be comparing rookie QB's from 2013-14 to QB's of the 80's, 90's and even early 2000's. It's a completely different game now, the QB's now have it a heck of a lot easier then those rookie QB's did. JMO. GO BILLS!!!
  22. Player safety is always a concern whether it's in London or wherever. It doesn't matter if it's a place of high crime or not. It's an unfamiliar place for NFL players. I don't understand how you can't comprehend how travel to other countries isn't a concern. Canada and Mexico are our neighbors for one, I mean for crying out loud most of us have been to either canada or mexico. Being in London, players can be any where within a few hours via the euro tran. It could definitely lead to a lot of issues.
