  1. Probably from his surgery had to remove extra skin
  2. I'm down for whatever helps. Yeah we constantly do revisit the past but he's a great talent evaluator and he knows personnel. I like Whaley though he's a good GM.
  3. EJ is softer than baby s%!t in a wet diaper. He should never touch a football or an NFL field again.
  4. Here's the thing, Rex was hired to boost this defense and he has taken a top flight D and turned it into a freaking mess. Rex is all about Rex and he will always put himself first before anything. He gets way too much credit for his first couple of years with the Jets for a roster that was Eric Mangini's. He's garbage just like his brother is.
  5. You have to take in consideration who's throwing him the ball though. That's a huge part of it. Having a QB like Eli instead of Tyrod is an enormous advantage. Eli has seen every type of coverage, he knows how to go through his progressions, he makes sure that ODB is lined up in more advantageous spots on the field as opposed to what Tyrod does.
  6. Very well put! It is what it is....We have a more talented team than the Giants regardless. We have a more talented roster than almost every team we lost to this year actually, it takes more than just players to get wins in the NFL. With this coaching staff it doesn't matter who we have.
  7. No one should be comparing Tyrod Taylor to Aaron Rodgers during the first year of him ever playing the game. It's purely ridiculous. Tyrod Taylor wasn't a first round draft pick and has never EVER been on his level in the NFL or in College. Tyrod is fine, give the dude a damn break he's out there playing his butt off and it just took 200+ pass attempts for him to throw an interception. You guys are bugging out about Tyrod, it's really embarrassing.
  8. However you want to slice it. The main problem is with the coaching staff, it's extremely obvious. I've tried to look at it from both angles but you just can't. Especially because the penalties are all over the place, the personal fouls, the unsportsmanlike conducts, the false starts, everything.
  9. I like the list, I think you're really spot on to be honest. Woods however like VirginiaMike stated, is a very good blocker and he's cheap so he's a player to hold on to. John Miller played absolutely horrible yesterday and I thought he should've been pulled at halftime and replaced by Urbik. To me the main problem with the team is the coaching staff, it's abysmal.
  10. Never liked the Rex hire. Thought it was more of a publicity hire than anything. Rex shouldn't be a HC its obvious he's not really cut out for it.
  11. Awesome breakdown, pretty much Buffalo controls their own destiny. We need these next two games BADLY!!
  12. LMFAO I fully agree, last year's defense was a crap ton better. Rex is so full of himself that he won't just concede to the notion that he doesn't need drop Marcell Dareus into coverage and send 2 and 3 guys rushing at a time. Truth is it's all about Rex not the Bills.
  13. I don't understand why Whaley being fired would even be in consideration. To be completely honest, I'd rather have Whaley as a GM over Rex as a HC. He's made mistakes but he's also made a hell of a lot of good decisions and acquisitions for this team. The Cassel trade wasn't the best but Cassel wasn't going to win any games. He's behind arguably the best offensive line in football and he still can't produce. This team has a lot more talent on the roster than it has since maybe 2003.
  14. If that's the case then should everyone else take a pay cut? Including the coaches. Playing the TE position in Greg Roman's offense is a lot more complex than it is in most offenses. He was the OC for the 49ers from 2011-2014, here's Vernon Davis's stats from that time frame. Season Team GP Rec Yards Avg Long TD 2011 San Francisco 49ers 16 67 792 11.8 44 6 2012 San Francisco 49ers 16 41 548 13.4 53 5 2013 San Francisco 49ers 15 52 850 16.3 64T 13 2014 San Francisco 49ers 14 26 245 9.4 29T 2 So in 12 games he has 50 Receptions for 519 yards and 3 TD's which is right on par with what Roman has been receiving out of his top TE elsewhere.
  15. This ego thing is really subjective to be honest. Would it honestly be wrong to say almost every "Star" is egotistical to some degree? I mean we all even thought that Sammy Watkins was this good character quiet kid until he ran his mouth and let us know how he really felt. I think we need to look at this ego topic realistically. These are young men 21 to mid 30's who are multi-multi millionaires. Their faces are posted on billboards, all over TV, radio, some even mentioned by the president. They get into clubs free, they get followed by paparazzi. Not to mention most of these guys have been treated special like this since they were in high school. I'd think you'd have to have a substantially larger ego than any ordinary Joe to sustain that lifestyle.
  16. Yeah you're kinda spot on, I think you'd have to put Rex right up at the top of the list. Good call.
  17. I don't think Cam is really egotistical I just think that he brings a youthfulness to the league and he's winning while he's doing it. Yeah he does the superman thing but and he dances in the end zone but I don't think that necessarily means that he's egotistical. Sometimes the guys who don't do anything at all are the biggest ones with the ego's. I think JJ Watt has one of the biggest ego's actually, O'dell Beckman Jr, Dez Bryant, and Jerry Jones are probably at the top of the list for me.
  18. I think some of the problem is that we're trying to worry about what the coaches did OUTSIDE of Buffalo. IMO the only thing that matters is how the coaches did with the players that are on Buffalo's roster. When I look at the two coaches and what they did/do defensively with the players we have, there's no question that the players seemed far more comfortable in Schwartz's defense. Last Years Defensive Rankings: Buffalo finished the season as a top five defense, ranking fourth overall, and finished in the top five in a host of different defensive categories. Chief among them, sacks (1st – 54), third down percentage (1st – 33.18), yards per play (3rd, 4.86), passing defense (3rd – 205.8), takeaways (3rd – 30) points per game (4th – 18.1) and first downs per game (5th – 18.9). The biggest difference I see between the Schwartz and Rex is consistency. One week we can pretty much tame have Tom Brady looking like a lost puppy for pretty much an entire game and the next week we let Alex Smith look like Drew Brees from a year ago. That's the biggest problem with Rex. I think with Schwartz you didn't see such a huge disparity from week to week.
  19. This is ridiculous man, Nostradamus isn't making the Bills schedule. Unfortunately we haven't really garnered a lot of respect over the past 15 years with the way we play. No one can predict future injuries. You know who usually beats the Bills?......The Bills. We can't even be competent enough to review/challenge plays so don't blame anyone for our losses.
  20. I definitely agree, something has to be done. There should be some ramifications for his poor decision making. But then again, isn't it just as much on the organization? If they would've studied Rex they would've known just like the rest of the NFL has known that he is terrible at managing a game correctly. Maybe the Pegula's were more enamored with the "name" and not Rex's actual Ability.
  21. What would suspending a head coach do? If you're going to suspend a head coach, you might as well just fire him because it's going to ruin the relationship anyways.
