  1. Very nicely written and I like how you refrained from emotional outburst. It's, IMO, the best way to be heard. As a portion of your write up suggest - I honestly do not think they care.
  2. I would think that means you disagree - and that they don't resemble the 98 team. I guess what you're saying is you'd like them to do what the 98 team did with Flutie - however they don't.
  3. IMO, McD's specialty. I think he's they type of coach that will have little issue getting them to re-focus - after allowing them a specified time to enjoy the playoff bid.
  4. I don't and they're not paying him $20-24 million. I think he's going to find a starting gig very difficult to come by next year. Blake Bortles is responsible for 783 more yards, 5 more TD's and 9 more int's. He's not that big of an upgrade - they won't come running to him. I really think you're underestimating how big a problem throwing for 2,799 yards in 15 games is.
  5. That's right and that's how he'll be paid. I don't think he's going to be given the starting job anywhere. He may be able to compete for it in a couple places but that's about it. He's not getting huge money in the open market if we cut him.
  6. He would take that deal in less than 10 seconds.
  7. It's definitely on him but no one in the world knows how to evaluate college QB's - so if you miss he did it the best way possible.
  8. I think you're right - that he clearly never seemed to have a good relationship with the coach(s). I do disagree slightly and believe a couple of the defenses he assembled could win - the offense never got right.
  9. It's hard to know if he can be effective - to say probably not is a bit early for me.
  10. I disagree A - the vision and plan changed B - I don't even know what you mean by that C - he controlled the draft and free agency except his exit draft, what control did he not have, contracts? He was the GM - he certainly convinced them he should be that.
  11. Except the coach switching schemes made it nearly impossible to rebuild that soon. He gave us a heck of a defensive team, IMO.
  12. Wanting to play is ego now? "the Bills will probably be better if he plays" He's been 33% of our offense. Probably better??? Good grief
  13. I'm with you on that Boyst. That number sure would look nice.
  14. I'm most concerned about our offense vs their defense. I don't want this to turn into one of those games we've seen several times this year - where our offense is so inept our defense eventually wears down.
  15. That wasn't my point. His behavior laughing in those huddles was bizarre. Pretty serious game that the NFL moved it's time for a serious reason and he's goofing around? The guys calling the game noticed it too. There was absolutely no reason for him to be acting like that, there was nothing funny going on during the game.
  16. We get ran on straight up the middle consistently. MLB and DT will be addressed in the off season. I'd like to see NaVorro Bowman in a Bills uniform next year. He QB's the front 7 and it's something desperately needed by this defense, IMO.
  17. I'm happy for US bud.
  18. This is a pretty excellent post.
  19. I'll disagree. We struggle against teams that have a unit (offense or defense) that's really good. We play much better against a team that lives somewhere in the middle on both sides of the ball.
