  1. The NFL sucks. I wish I could walk away because they don't deserve the fans that brought them to this position.
  2. I think we're going to be very good and once again in contention. I think anyone expecting some downward turn is foolish.
  3. I'm not sure why you'd be down on a player you don't know much about. He's a proven player in the NFL with 4+ productive seasons. He hasn't had a great QB to play with, so I think he can be a really good player for us. Shakir has a bit more to prove to be the better or best option over Samuel. In saying that, they're going to be on the field together a lot, IMO.
  4. I suppose it is really comes down to what you think of our current group. I think we have a real chance to be better. My opinion goes against the grain because I'm a big believer in team harmony and I think more of this years group than most. IMO for Buffalo, it will need to be, that 20xx team just came together. Diggs became a problem. Gabe was big game Gabe wish he could. I really like Samuel and think he's better than anyone the Bills have had with Josh, not named Stefon. We're afraid to say it but Kincaid looks like an NFL star. Keon and Shakir should contribute nicely in specific roles / routes / situations. If Claypool wakes up, he's talented enough, to be a guy can have nice games and remind everyone.
  5. The Bills didn't have a classic #1 since week 6 last year, in terms of performance. I know Diggs commanded attention but I think we're ready for this.
  6. "If you run 4.3, but you're not smart, you'll never play 4.3". Great line by Beane.
  7. I honestly feel bad for you. You have some real issues.
  8. No one is coming to your rescue man. Just admit it. I promise you'll feel better. You're so close, but feels like you're purposely skirting around what you said. Own it.
  9. It's right there. Hold yourself accountable, ever how difficult that seems to be for you. It's there for everyone to see, so I fulfilled my obligation.
  10. People that don't tell the truth, often can't see it. It's not too late to work on yourself. I now actually feel bad for you.
  11. See below. You just got, got. The WR room last year wasn’t good enough. It was way better than this group. Now if Coleman is good and Shakir continues to develop they can be an average WR room. At the moment, they’re inarguably in the bottom 3.
  12. Since Brady took over, 59.4% of Shakir's production came under him vs 34.3% for Gabe. Gabe didn't play in the playoffs and Shakir was 10/12/75 and 2 TD's. My belief and eyes told me Shakir started to step up and really start producing when Gabe fell off. In the 7 games since Brady - Gabe had 5 stinkers with 2 catches / 8 targets and 21 yards and two really nice games of 6 and 4 catches with 105 and 130 yd games. Shakir had 2 bad games with one no catch contest on 1 target and 1 catch, 1 target and 12 yards. To me Shakir starting coming on later in the season when Gabe went cold. That's where I was going with Shakir providing volume when Gabe wasn't. Gabe had 10 games with 2 or fewer catches and Shakir had 9. However 6 of Shakir's 9 were in the first 6 games and 7 before Brady took over. I think it's reasonable to assume Gabe won't be missed too much, from a production perspective. So now, it's really about coming up with a plan to replace Diggs production. To me, the signing of Samuel and drafting Keon - we're closer than most believe. Just my opinion.
  13. Catches You said you did know what will happen this year. Don't threaten me and don't tell me what to do. This is where posters like you need to "be better".
  14. He did provide volume. Targets are the stat you choose as your hill. You're the one that says you know what will happen this year, yet preach to me. You don't see the future and can't admit the past, yes, we need to be better around here. You think being smug makes you smart. When it's actually your inability to accept any opinion except your own - that contributes to the negative of TBD. You can't understand he's been on 3 teams? Saying it's 4, is adding fluff.
  15. By posting this, when no one made any suggestion resembling this was the expectation of Deion. How many guys with that resume make a difference in the NFL week to week?
  16. Who cares about targets unless you're purposely trying to mislead? Ok, he had an 86.7% catch rate, so I'll take 51 catches from Shakir.
  17. You don't know last year's group was way better. Would you agree that Samuel is a WR that can fill the volume left from Gabe's departure? Regardless of not running the seam route. Shakir stepped up his volume when Gabe's dropped. Understand now?
  18. You can't seem to comprehend most players like Deion, that you sign for the reasons I stated, have resumes like that. You don't accept facts anyone else puts out there, for a known reason.
  19. Gabe could run particular routes sure, but in 8 games he had 2 catches or less. That's not handling volume. Diggs is everything you've said but something broke and he lost his, want to, for this team. His volume faded as the numbers prove that out. I won't go so far as to say, we're definitely better, at WR but I think we are. We've addressed the position and there's a lot of, let's see. It's a wildly different approach/group for sure. Shakir and Kincaid provided volume last year, which was an issue, not a strength.
  20. The fact is he's a player that has to make the team and is a player worthy of the organization to sign and evaluate. The fact is you made up anything more than that because you have to go there to appear smarter than everyone.
  21. Allowed to leave doesn't make any sense. His contract was up. Can you point out where I said he's someone that will make a difference week to week? Stop being so dramatic with anyone that questions you. He's a decent player to take a good look at. He's a depth signing. With his experience, if he's got something left, can play some snaps if Milano isn't ready to go. He also seems to fit in nicely, as others have mentioned, on teams with the new rules.
  22. I don't think it's that big of a deal. He was with one team since drafted for 6 years. Then two others on one year deal. He's counting us as the 4th to make it sound more dramatic. Loads of players have that type of resume.
  23. Agree completely with this post.
  24. I'll add that you also have to factor in the players that transferred through the portal, making the evaluation even more difficult and further disqualifying amateurs.
  25. According to S.I. In front of all 32 NFL teams during Wisconsin's Pro Day, Cephus ran an official 4.56-second 40-yard dash.
