I do think the quality of the WR talent matters but to say we've never seen a great QB cause a WR to emerge is absurd. Wes Welker immediately doubled his output from Miami to NE and he doubled it for 3 straight years. I also think the Bills change from Diggs, Gabe and Knox to Kincaid, Shakir and whoever emerges is rare. However to think Allen isn't going to cause a couple receivers to have great years relatively, IMO, is nuts.

Yeah, I see what you mean. It's pretty ridiculous to think Allen could elevate a receiver to that level. Obviously Purdy having better weapons is the only way it can happen.

In his defense, there's no game plan for pre season games. I think if Josh goes down for a short period of time, we'll see a better version of Mitch.

Beane sucks. Josh can't win without Diggs. McD will take play calling from BB. Special teams are a disaster. O line sucks and should be re-aligned. However I do understand it's just pre-season. Just a little concerned. Haha

Absolutely not. This is one of the most dangerous sports in the world. Get paid while you can and use every tactic. The owner, GM and coaches smile and bro hug you and pretend they want a personal relationship with you. They'll throw you out like yesterdays trash. Same with a player. Smile, bro hug back and let them in a little personally. Then bend them over, when you get the chance.

He's been well below average, IMO.

I'm surprised most that did an actual projection, don't have Toohill making the team. I haven't heard much about him in camp but he seems to fit what McD likes and he was an early FA target.
