  1. and more bizarre behavior, haha
  2. Man, this is pretty crazy, with all due respect.
  3. Belichick is finishing his career in Cleveland anyway so he'll reunite with the little shrimp soon.
  4. What does it matter? Why would we speculate he wanted Mayfield and what it would have taken to get to the #1 pick?
  5. @TheAdamsEra - my apologies to #Jets and #Bills. Thought we drafted @JoshAllen - was told I'd play both some offense
  6. Zay was obviously just trying to take attention away from his brothers pending PED suspension.
  7. Dahlin
  8. Hilarious post and I mean that in a negative way.
  9. He's got all the building blocks. The negativity from our fan base won't phase this kid. I hope he performs in the coliseum and forces the crowd to love him.
  10. Welcome to Buffalo Rasmus Daaa-leeeeen
  11. You don't know crap. You're a follower. You have absolutely no clue what goes into a throwing % number or at least don't care enough to learn.
  12. You don't know a damn thing about accuracy because you're a sheep. Tyrod threw for 62.7% last year - is he accurate?
  13. I disagree with CB being the biggest need. Depth would be nice but there's several spots where starters aren't shored up.
  14. He's talking about grip more than snow. He made reference to it several times now. Gripping the ball in Buffalo if the temps get wild during the season is definitely different. The cold almost made the ball slick.
  15. The Bills GM and coaches also need to be better than the Chiefs, Texans and Cardinals. I know you know this but it's so critical and has to be said. It's much more than just comparing QB to QB. The organization has to make smart, important decisions around Allen. This to me, is the reason I'm excited about this QB selection - my faith in the Bills to get all the other things right.
  16. Drafting Allen is the easier part. Surrounding this guy with proper coaching and an offensive team suitable for winning is the hard part. Beane has a lot of work to do. We've got the rest of this draft, next years draft and significant cap next year to accomplish it. Good decisions from here are just as important as drafting the QB.
  17. IMO, Allen should not play unless and maybe not even unless McCarron gets hurt. The offense isn't ready to give a rookie QB a chance to develop. I know AJ is a rookie starter but he's my lamb. The offensive line has to be fixed before I let him play a down. To me it seems inconceivable that a QB drafted after the 1st round this year will be better than some drafted today. It happens often, which makes it likely. The best QB's rarely get drafted in order - best to worst. Maybe it's our year to hit on that history.
  18. I certainly understand your thoughts. I appreciate the good conversation. I'll just leave you with this. No one predicts the future. So I'd just like for you as an obvious great fan of the team, to get to a place where you're feeling: maybe I'm wrong vs it's unlikely I'm wrong.
  19. I'm not sure I understand what the end goal of not following is? I mean, I get what you're saying - you aren't just going to believe in Allen now because they took him and that's perfectly ok. Maybe you're just getting your thoughts out? I'm just saying whether you think that's the outcome or not, beyond just having the debate, has no barring on the outcome. I was just suggesting to concede a little that they worked hard on the decision and likely have more intel than we do and to find a reason for optimism.
