  1. Disagree. There should be no learning curve for them to coordinate offense, defense or Special teams....Being a HC is not the same as a coordinator. YOu would be learning on the job as you had no prior experience of being a HC.
  2. Derrick Henry and the Titans
  3. Agree with this 100%. you improve decision making and you become a better QB. The mechanics is always tinkered with and can be taught.
  4. Not to mention the 4 4th quarter comebacks last season. The problem is today's franchise QBs are measured by 30+ TDs, 60%+ completion and less mistakes... Allen has not arrived there yet....Consistency is what he needs to improve in his play.
  5. which is kind of what they are teaching him: * don't play hero ball * take what the defense gives you * make those small changes count * make the big plays when you can Summary: Play Smart and everything will come... Allen has a good team around him and he needs to understand that he is not the savior of this team and doesn't have to be, The more he calms down, the more further this team will go,
  6. If the Bills will commit to running the football rather than just asking Frank Gore to fall forward
  7. we also have continuity at the Coaching positions.... same coordinators returning,....
  8. The Running game of Moss and Singletary will help
  9. This might change with the running game centered around Singletary and Moss. It would be fun to see Singletary taking the swing pass and dodging through traffic, whereas Moss takes the same pass in the flat and bulldozes a couple of LBs and Safeties !!!!
  10. Yeah...as someone said...we are seeing a lot of words...but no action !
  11. And so does Kennedy's famous quote during his inauguration "ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country.” Both are setting stones for us to make our life meaningful. Two great quotes that echo all the time. Time for Sean to show his true leadership.
  12. We need consistency at the QB position. Josh Allen will have it this year. We will be ahead of all of them for the next decade... He is dead on that for 68 minutes we had zero TDs in a playoff game against a very ordinary defense. That is inexcusable.
  13. It is going to be hard to trade our high priced players that we otherwise intend to cut....This includes Hauschka, Murphy, etc. As far as WR like Foster andMcKenzie there are 100s of street free agents with similar pedigree. The ones who will be targeted or players on rookie contracts that have not received the playing time and coveted by the other team (because they had a liking to that player during the draft)
  14. The lateral he attempted to Knox in the playoff against Houston is a perfect example of wanting to do everything. On the same vein, the 4th and 1 he converted against Dallas putting his body on the line was phenomenal. I don't think players like him know when to switch if ON and OFF.
  15. Tyrod Taylor for getting us over the playoff drought
  16. Josh Allen !!!! I want Edmunds to be the Troy Polamalu of our defense
  17. You are saying 'just $2m' like it is chump change !
  18. Kyle Shanahan never gets the respect for the masterful job he has done in the Valley.
  19. Agreed.. If you look at the position by position QB - Rookie contract for next 3 years (with the 5th year option) RB - Both RB on Rookie contract OL - 1 FA Contract (Morse), 1 Rookie Contract (Ford), a bunch of cheap deals and have to pay Dawkins (or let him walk TE - Kroft, Smith could be gone.. Dawson and Sweeney on rookie contract 3 for years WR - BIg FA Contracts (Diggs, BRown, Beasley) - They have drafted 2 WRs this year and probably 2 more next year as they phase out the big 3 over the 3 years. DE - Lot of FA Contracts here that would need to be phased out...But also have Oliver and Epnesa...Two back 2 back years, their top pick is a DL. LB - Here is the pickle situation - Both LBs are on rookie contract, but need big raises in 2021 and 2022. Edmunds will stay...Milano not sure unless he wants to ttake an under the market deal. Safeties - Both will finish their FA contract and will have to be replaced in the draft...Picks like Johnson will have to come through. Corner Back - They will pay Tre...but keep the other positions in FA and draft picks. The Bills have not hit well with their lower round draft picks. They need to start changing that. Otherwise, they are going to be in trouble when Allens contract comes up. They need prow bowl type play from their draft picks at TEs, OL, DL, CB, LB It is obvious that Beane is thinking two steps ahead in his draft.
  20. and so does the game against Browns and @New England Baltimore is NOT the best team in the AFC. The Chiefs are...They are a lot more balanced than the Ravens.
