  1. And so does Kennedy's famous quote during his inauguration "ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country.” Both are setting stones for us to make our life meaningful. Two great quotes that echo all the time. Time for Sean to show his true leadership.
  2. We need consistency at the QB position. Josh Allen will have it this year. We will be ahead of all of them for the next decade... He is dead on that for 68 minutes we had zero TDs in a playoff game against a very ordinary defense. That is inexcusable.
  3. It is going to be hard to trade our high priced players that we otherwise intend to cut....This includes Hauschka, Murphy, etc. As far as WR like Foster andMcKenzie there are 100s of street free agents with similar pedigree. The ones who will be targeted or players on rookie contracts that have not received the playing time and coveted by the other team (because they had a liking to that player during the draft)
  4. The lateral he attempted to Knox in the playoff against Houston is a perfect example of wanting to do everything. On the same vein, the 4th and 1 he converted against Dallas putting his body on the line was phenomenal. I don't think players like him know when to switch if ON and OFF.
  5. Tyrod Taylor for getting us over the playoff drought
  6. Josh Allen !!!! I want Edmunds to be the Troy Polamalu of our defense
  7. You are saying 'just $2m' like it is chump change !
  8. Kyle Shanahan never gets the respect for the masterful job he has done in the Valley.
  9. Agreed.. If you look at the position by position QB - Rookie contract for next 3 years (with the 5th year option) RB - Both RB on Rookie contract OL - 1 FA Contract (Morse), 1 Rookie Contract (Ford), a bunch of cheap deals and have to pay Dawkins (or let him walk TE - Kroft, Smith could be gone.. Dawson and Sweeney on rookie contract 3 for years WR - BIg FA Contracts (Diggs, BRown, Beasley) - They have drafted 2 WRs this year and probably 2 more next year as they phase out the big 3 over the 3 years. DE - Lot of FA Contracts here that would need to be phased out...But also have Oliver and Epnesa...Two back 2 back years, their top pick is a DL. LB - Here is the pickle situation - Both LBs are on rookie contract, but need big raises in 2021 and 2022. Edmunds will stay...Milano not sure unless he wants to ttake an under the market deal. Safeties - Both will finish their FA contract and will have to be replaced in the draft...Picks like Johnson will have to come through. Corner Back - They will pay Tre...but keep the other positions in FA and draft picks. The Bills have not hit well with their lower round draft picks. They need to start changing that. Otherwise, they are going to be in trouble when Allens contract comes up. They need prow bowl type play from their draft picks at TEs, OL, DL, CB, LB It is obvious that Beane is thinking two steps ahead in his draft.
  10. and so does the game against Browns and @New England Baltimore is NOT the best team in the AFC. The Chiefs are...They are a lot more balanced than the Ravens.
  11. If they don't have a TC, there will be no season.
  12. This would resort to more inside gambling !!!!
  13. Not very far....he could commute!!!
  14. Daboll ? He is from that same tree too
  15. It is tough....32 teams...100 best players..that is averaging 3 players for each team...Now there are 'star' teams like Dallas, NE, Green Bay, New Orleans, Pittsburgh, Baltimor, New York that obviously would list more playeers to get more readerships and clicks
  16. The defense (psss especially) couldn't close out games last year after the offense took the lead. They gave up TDs. Browns and Patriots games come to mind
  17. 100% He needs to improve his game awareness and take what the defense gives. He needs to balance the ability to make plays vs hero ball. If he improves in that area alone, he will: * cut his turnovers * increase his completions * move the ball with a lot less 3 and outs (which BTW has already decreased) If you want to win in this league your QB *MUST* take risks. Just have to do it in a balanced way
  18. The defense has to play better too. A lot of time they couldn't stop the opposing team from scoring afater we took the lead....Cleveland, Baltimore and the game at NE and the playoffs against Houston are good examples...We would have otherwise been 8-0 on the road last season and won a playoff game on the road. The lack of pass rush definitely hurt the Bills in critical junction.
  19. Agreed. I thought the Bills should have taken Dobbns in Rd 2 when he was available. However, their patience paid off. Moss is probably the most underrated RB in this draft and glad we got him. He doesn't have to do it all by himself...Singletary will still be that lead back...But when we are in the 4th quarter with a 3 point lead, this guy will be like a sledge hammer, iin killing the clock. Looks like it. As someone else posted...he is coming with the Fred Jackson attitude...but with a lot more talent... Go Bills.
  20. No 300 yard game in your wish list ?
  21. Considering that they are not having minicamps, off season meetings, and possibly a restricted training camp, it is going to be hard for these guys to come in and replace NFL starters on day 1, unless one of the starters go down in TC.
  22. I am assuming the same schedule is tough for the rest of the AFC East. You have to win the division this team and get that bye and a home playoff game. Anything else will be a failure. We simply didn't have enough oomph last year to win on the road in the playoffs in spite of having a 6-2 away record during the regular season
  23. yes 17 years of futility in between.
