I think they need to stop calling designed QB runs unless it’s a huge game in playoffs or Super Bowl or division clinching game. No more called designed runs during season basically. Only let him run on scrambles because that’s when he can find open lanes and protect himself by sliding. If we keep using Josh the way we do he won’t last past 33yrs old.

U might have something here the only time we beat the Chiefs is when Milano was out and we were forced into using Siran Neal and more Dime defense. Neal played a huge role in that week 5 game . His speed made a huge difference and I was hoping we seen a lot more of Neal in the divisional game .

Explosive plays are made all over the field not just in the backfield . I don’t care where Edmunds is lined up he seems allergic to making those plays.

He doesn’t have awareness or instincts for the middle linebacker position. That’s why he’ll never be good MLB.

Absolutely. McD loves Edmunds because he’s his voice on the field . He gets everyone lined up correctly and makes the right checks and audibles defensively. Coaches love players like Edmunds because they can count on them . But there’s a catch Edmunds seems to only really be good at the mental part of his game because otherwise he doesn’t make game changing plays and he’s always getting picked on by elite teams. I say trade him let him go somewhere where they’ll use him in his more natural position. Not necessarily true he doesn’t need to be in the middle of 2 lbers to be a middle lber that’s ridiculous. Where he lines up is what makes him a MLB and that’s dead center of the field.

I voted to trade him but If that wasn’t available I’d say cut him outright or move him to his natural position of Outside linebacker. Edmunds just not a good MLB and he’ll never be elite ever! To be honest I loved him coming out the draft but wasn’t happy when they moved him to MLB . Edmunds will eventually leave the Bills and go to a team that will use him correctly.

I choose other just bring back Barkley . He’ll be cheap and has played well in limited action for us. i would of chosen Fitz but that guy always finds his way on the field and I don’t want to see him on the field. Basically what I mean is I think he curses the starting QB and finds his way into action for that team. Just look at all the teams he backed up for all the QBs got hurt from Rams to Bengals to Tenn or Mia all the starters got hurt and he was forced to play . Lol

I’m gonna keep it simple and cheap although I love you list. Get me 3 guys RB- Rashaad Penny - This kid got the goods and is finally healthy. Penny will pick apart those 6 man boxes we see on a consistent basis . I can see him getting 1500 total yds easy with us as a featured back and I can’t see him getting more then 3mil per yr on the open market with his injury history. Penny would be absolutely huge for our offense and would finally fill the need for an explosive game changer back along side Joshy . Wr- Will Fuller - Another 1yr deal for cheap with massive upside . Line up Fuller next to Diggs and Gabe and u have an explosive Wr trio that rival any in the the league. Remember Fuller is 1yr removed from having over 1100yds for the Texans . I believe the Bills will get this kid healthy with our top trainers and facilities. DT/DE - Akiem Hicks- This massive man can take over a game at any moment. Hicks is an older version of Chris Jones if anyone has watched the Bears play over these last couple of yrs they probably seen Hicks make explosive plays for the Bears front line. The Bills should sign Hicks and give him a 40% snap share until we reach the playoffs then unleash him once we get there. Hicks and Oliver would create havoc on passing downs and if we can swing a trade for a DE like Mack or Hunter all of a sudden our front 4 can be one of the best in the league. Hicks also would bring a key leadership role to the Bills front 7 especially if we don’t bring back Hughes or Addison.

What I can’t understand is why does many believe it would take massive cap space or a high pick to get a top notch RB. That’s absolutely false #1 Backs don’t get paid a lot anymore and u can find a great back all threw out the draft or even after the draft . Everyone wants an upgrade doesn’t mean u have to break the bank for one

When are we gonna stop letting previous blunders came back to burn us over and over again. When u get beat by a Hail Mary that’s basically what it is a prayer . A coach can’t let those things bother him he just needs to put it in the bad beat category and move on. Those are 1% probability plays it’s just amazing to me that we continue to be haunted by such things.

U mean called properly, the play call was the problem the defense couldn’t do anything to stop the Chiefs when there already giving up the yards for free. 2 DTs preferably Star and Harry to plug the middle so Mahomes can’t run. 2 LBers - Rouse and Edmunds , Rouse to jam KELCE and Edmunds on Hill . 7 Secondary Players to flood the middle of the field and over the top. If we ran this type of defensive formation the game would of been over. Mahomes would of needed time to find a open wr he’s would of eaten at least 6-7 secs on each play.
