Again, who said that? The level of discourse on this site would be a lot higher if you could accept that some of those who disagree with you do so from a point of reason. I don't complain about everything and expect the worse anymore than you blindly support everything this team does while thinking we're contenders. So far this vision and process has produced a lot of moves that I don't agree with.

No one said anything of the sort. The existence of a plan does not mean said plan is a good one. People are relieved to see a plan and vision. I'll be relieved when/if the results don't suck this time around. I've watched more than a few plans unfold.

The vet 3rd string LB who has already proven he sucks will be so much better in this role than the injured 2nd year player who just might be able to contribute one day.

Every failed coach/GM we had before had a plan and a vision. Matt Millen had a process too.

We could also trade Shady for a condition 2nd rounder in 2022, rather than just cut him but I don't think those are our only options.
