I think the problem was your launch angle. You got good speed coming down the ramp but you launched at maybe 15 degrees. And to make matters worse you pushed the nose down early. I think if you try it again next weekend and launch at 45 degrees and keep your chin up, you'll clear the sidewalk, hit the table right on the money, and most importantly land in the grass with total consciousness. My first comment in this thread was regarding the morality of observing or encouraging high risk behavior where the probability of injury is high. I was responding to some of the holier than thou attitudes on display in this thread. Within the established context, the parallels couldn't be more obvious.

The question was about the morality of stunt vs. sport. After a few pages of dissecting the difference between high risk activities with high potential for injury I am certain my point has been made to satisfaction for anyone whose sense of self worth isn't riding on the outcome.
