When we bring OJ back to "lead the charge" will that violate his parole?
-
The President himself is spoiled and entitled to the detriment of the office of the President.
-
I don't even know where to begin. You want me to defend my assertion that the Trump family is spoiled? And when did I say anything about Chelsea Clinton? She's spoiled too, what's your point?
-
That's where you want to hang your hat on? Trump's children not being spoiled brats? Really?
-
First of all, I'm no expert, so nothing I say should be taken that seriously. I also don't have a single partisan bone in my body so the left-leaning principles mean nothing to me. I think this campaign will go down as one of the great blemishes in our nation's history. The DNC rigged their nomination, the GOP went with an aging failed business man/realty TV star/internet troll, a man that has truly defied the term "presidential" to it's very core since his inauguration. For people that don't typically watch the MSM, this election was gross. All talking points were boiled down to he-said-she-said and there was even less political debate than normal. All of this has triggered a new wave of "not my president" nonsense and there are millions of people on the internet that are praying daily that there's some magic button that removes Trump from office. It's comparable to the birther movement. One party simply not coming to grips with or welcoming their new President. BUT... the Comey stuff perked my ears up. I know the Republicans were riding the Comey train during the Clinton email scandal, so it seemed like it was not a partisan issue. Trump firing him is way more interesting than of the previous "not my president" nonsense. Donald Trump Jr.'s emails, which he himself released absolutely is evidence. When the NYT was teasing that sort of information, people like you were jumping on them saying there's no actual 'unnamed sources", but this definitely relieves that concern to me. I mean, the primary source publicly released the information, so... that's as clear cut as it gets. At this point, we should wait for the investigation to conclude. It's been months and should be comprehensive enough that if they determined no collusion occurred, I would accept it.
-
Yeah, so I imagine there's more to this, as Jr.'s first instinct wasn't to just report this thing. For some reason he wasn't alarmed at all that a Russian would be attempting to help him, and instead welcomed that chance (which is where the conspiracy to commit treason comes in).
-
I love that you're still using narrative to somehow dismiss this, despite actual evidence and the DOJ telling you there's something there. The DNC is a joke, not necessarily for the reasons you listed, but certainly the two party system has created a monster... that being said, I'm still going to go with foreign influence over national elections as a much higher threat to our country. I mean, isn't that the very first conservative value? Protect our nation, etc!
-
If he just reported it and went on his way, that would be a valid argument. Conspiracy to commit election fraud by working with a foreign entity is a crime. It's actually pretty interesting to see all of the backtracking here as if it's still a non-story.

James Comey's Testimony Before Congress
fridge replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I think this is enough PPP for me. I was interested to see people's take on the collusion story, and I don't exactly know what I was expecting. Haven't visited in years, and now I know why. Stay classy guys! -
James Comey's Testimony Before Congress

Complete hypocrisy in politics? You don't say. -
This is not meant to be sarcastic... how you did arrive at this opinion? I'm genuinely curious how amidst all of the allegations, your interpretation is simply...they were getting to work early.

Your "informed" opinion is that social media is literally killing people. Ok.
-
The thing is, you're looking at social media from an insular point of view. Social media should be looked at as just an extension of community on the internet. You have over 8k posts on this message board, and it's no different than if you used another platform like twitter or reddit to share your ideas about the Buffalo Bills, a community you've sought out. Social media doesn't just mean idiots posting their personal information or photos of their food. You said that you make money on social media, like most 21 century businesses, and that's because it's where the people are. To dismiss social media is similar to parents in the 1930's mocking the radio, or later the television, or long long before that (this actually happened...) print media.

Gil Brandt's Top NFL RBs and QBs of All Time
fridge replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sports fans love lists. Why spend millions on a beer ad when you can just make a list and sponsor it? -
Pretty sure Gilmore also dropped a pick six in the same quarter (maybe even the same drive?). No need to cherry pick one play to diminish one of our better wins in the 17 years of crap.

I can't stand #billsmafia, but the bolded above is ignorant.

Buffalo Bills top 50 plays during drought years (2000-2016)
fridge replied to mileena's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I watched the whole thing. Our 17 year drought is old enough to drive, and it's never been more clear to me just how long that is when I watch the CBS 4:3 footage with the VHS tracking lines. Quick thoughts: 1. Terrance McGee is criminally underrated as one of the all-time greatest return men 2. Eric Moulds was incredible 3. Brian Moorman had more highlight left on the cutting floor 4. Some of those games I had completely forgotten - as though it's all somehow blending together, and it was fun reliving the final plays of those Bledsoe-era games -
We went ground 'n pound in a passing league. Everyone knows this. We were incredibly successful running the football, but never got into a passing rhythm all season. Simply throwing more will do nothing...Baltimore was #1 on that list. Most likely the solution is a better QB.

Shareece Wright spent $632 on an Uber to get to OTAs
fridge replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He spent $900+ on an 8+ hour drive? There were no last minute flights he could've booked? He either has a fear of flying or is in need of a new manager/agent. It took longer and cost more. Doesn't make sense. Edit: All of the above is irrelevant. The article in the OP didn't have the full story which indicates that he missed his flight. -
Rob Ryan feigning being held back is truly a wonderful sight to see. What clowns indeed.

I want one clear answer on Friday
fridge replied to BuffaloBud420's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have no idea how the McD + Beane tandem will turn out and I pray to God this is finally the answer. I think it's very possible the team could be on the verge of figuring this whole mess out and turning the culture into a winning one, but I'm also reserving my right to withhold any optimism until they show signs of a winning consistently. Too many times I've been burned by this team to just sit by and accept every single thing they do as a positive move. So, with all that...it blows my mind how snarky some of the answers here are. I'm a die-hard fan just like all of you, but I cannot understand how many people continually defend this franchise, decision-after-decision, after 17 brutal, playoff-less seasons. The OP wants accountability? Heck yeah - so do I. Asking him why he "deserves" it, is pathetic. -
