  1. You seem like a reasonable person.
  2. Biscuit, it’s not worth it. Fans that actually believe EJ is the worst QB in the league are mouth breathers. We know how this goes. You and I thought our franchise pulled him too early and never helped develop him, and they see a bad half of football that we would have won if not for a joke of a defensive PI call. Before any of you morons jump on me, I don’t think EJ is a great QB. I wish he would’ve worked out and still think he’s a gamer, but he’s not nearly as bad as you superlative psychos think. It was always about the draft pick with you guys. Never mind that we traded down. Never mind that he ended up being the best QB in a horrible, horrible draft class.
  3. Can he play guard?
  4. He chooses what team to go to based on their QB needs, and it’s no mistake that he keeps finding himself on teams with issues there. You don’t see him headed to Green Bay to be a backup for a reason.
  5. A hockey 3rd is relative to a football 7th to be honest.
  6. I think if anything it means McCarron is at or below the standards of a backup QB. I think EJ’s stat line is what a backup should put up against scrubs. The difference is EJ is probably the second best QB on their roster (at worst it’s a coin flip between him and Cook), and McCarren is our third best. We’re setup in a decent position there, and I wouldn’t be surprised if we cut McCarron because he’ll just get in the way and he probably doesn’t want to be QB3 anyways.
  7. hey 0 yoiu're allowed to miss preseason games
  8. Is Logan Thomas definitely the emergency QB? Can anyone that went to camp confirm if he even took any reps throwing this offseason?
  9. No, I believe the question is, "who is the best RIGHT NOW?". Any idiot knows that "TBD" how their careers shake up, but that's not the question.
  10. Sorry for not knowing, but what is the source of the two firsts? That very well be their initial asking price, but there's no chance they'll end up getting that. I would think 2019 1st and mid-round 2020 is the most you're going to get for a hold-out player. Oakland simply doesn't have enough leverage to pull off two firsts.
  11. I don’t know for sure, but it feels like there’s a zero percent chance that they cut Clay.
  12. If you’re going to make this argument, at least point the Trent Murphy signing.
  13. McCoy will go off a few times this season and win is a game or two just by being untackle-able
  14. I prefer Beane over McDermott actually. This is a gross over exaggeration, but I think McDermott believes he can force feed conservative football on his opponents and he thinks he’s clever when he burns timeouts after seeing what formation the offense is in on crucial third downs. Beane seems to me to be part of a newer generation of league executives that truly leaves no stone left unturned. I haven’t agreed with all of his moves, but he’s active and nothing that he has done so far leaves me to believe he’s going to just sit tight with a sub par offensive line. There was a lot of deadweight left over from the previous regime, and he’s impressed in getting rid of it this far.
  15. He might not be the best QB in the roster right now. It’s close. Anyone that doesn’t think he’s the most talented is an idiot though.
  16. Hey man, those threads aren’t gonna start themselves.
  17. I’ve yet to encounter anyone blaming Josh Allen.
  18. If I ignore you then how will I know what third rate journalists are tweeting on tuesday afternoons?
  19. I think you grossly overstate the arm strength knock and cherry pick anyone that agrees with it. The guy has an NFL arm. It might be on the lower spectrum, but you write about it like he’s incapable, which is both wrong and annoying to see repeated dozens of times a day by you.
  20. We heard you loud and clear. Fortunately, you’re not in the Bills’ staff.
  21. I don't watch ESPN or NFL Network and mostly just follow Bills news about 20-30 minutes per week. I find that the NFL has morphed into soap opera/wrestling, and for whatever reason fans eat it up. I can't stand the politicization of everything, the over production of the story lines, the worshipping of big markets, and the inconsistent referees/rules.
  22. No, he’s right. Jacksonville is counting the suburbs in their population. If western New York did the same it’s a whole different ball game.
  23. I actually do find McDermott incredibly annoying, but not for the reason that the OP stated. I also think it's possible to respect their last season and the future of the team while simultaneously thinking our head coach is a bit of a goober.
  24. And that's coming from someone that lives there!
