  1. I'll toss in just one: Helped: Marcus Easley Hurt: Da'rick Rogers Easley looked every bit a starter in this league, where as Rogers looked lost at times, and overwhelmed.
  2. What stood out most in my mind is the depth of quality players we seem to have this year. Preseason games have been so miserable for so many years due to the lack of depth anywhere. If anything this alone has me pretty excited, since so many players outperformed a playoff team in the 2nd half.
  3. I think the Bills should move him out, and I think any player with Eugene Parker as an agent should be traded as well(See alex Carrington). It is becoming painfully clear that this guy has only one agenda, and it's to constantly hold his players out for money. Why waste time developing a guy when you will ultimately lose him over a contract situation...
  4. I saw Easley in practice in his rookie season before he had to leave to have his knee repaired, then wacthed the kid all through his second season right up to his performance in one preseason game, and the point I am trying to make is that he simply stands out every time he's been given the chance. I see an NFL caliber receiver in this kid, and he seems to really work hard and has good knowledge of the offense no matter who has been calling the plays. Now with all that said, this has been only one preseason game, but I am now beginning to expect strong performances from him and think he will make the team, and even be awarded the #3 or #4 receiver spot. Time will tell...
  5. He did re-position Easley once, but that was coupled with an audible, and Easley ended up with a catch on that play.
  6. I would have liked to see more from him while he was here, but in all honesty, I think the unknowns are what can Kolb do behind a better offensive line and what can he do when healthy, where as Jackson seems to have limitations in real games that most teams have already seen.
  7. I think the Bills are ranked appropriately, as i said in the other thread a month or so ago, it is really hard to predict what this team will do given the unknowns on both sides of the ball, and huge question marks at QB. I think it says more about the teams below us that prognosticators have decided that even with all the unknowns for the Bills, they still feel those other teams suck worse than us.
  8. Never have I been more happy about an opponents uniform change in my life, they look absolutely ridiculous, very effeminate, and it's the Dolphags, so I love the change!
  9. time to find his replacement.... Parker is a jackass. No need to waste any more time developing him. Bench him and give the field time to another player you might have a shot at keeping on the team long term.
  10. This thread should be locked after this post ^^^^^ That's the bottom line, and that's what Hackett said, plain and simple.
  11. That's a clown question bro...
  12. My Bold Bills Prediction: When the Bills score less points than their opponent, they will lose. to the tune of 11 times.
  13. you may be apprehensive, due to the collossal failure bunch formation that jauron used with Josh reed sooooo very poorly. I feel your pain, but I think a good offensive coach, or even a somewhat good one in Chan Gailey proved that it could be a good setup...
  14. I'm really finding it hard to see the parallels here... Love the optimism, but just don't see it... yet.
  15. I firmly believe it should be an evolution of all past QBs excluding the superbowl years... leading off with my all time favorite ex Bill: Bruce Mathison #7 in the program, but #1 in our hearts....
  16. If The Buffalo News fired him, there would just be another mega douche to replace him... I agree with another comment made here, just ignore his comments, I could care less what he thinks.
  17. you made me look..... Douche!

  19. If memory serves me, wasn't he a little small?
  20. Or make it about which division gets to be the home team in the superbowl....that's worth something....
  21. 0% chance, even if EJ and others become great players simply because this just wasn't a blockbuster trade... trading down a few slots wasn't a gamble for either side, and that's the real issue. No QB was seen as a 1st round pick, so dropping back a few picks was a sleep-walk in the park, no-brainer. In fact, I think they could easily have gone further down in round 1 but hindsight is 20/20 on that. This isn't banter or pessimism, I just don't see this as a big deal.
