Tyrod is not a very good passer, leaves a lot of plays on the field, completely under utilizes our WRs & TEs, even when he has a few healthy ones on the field, has an ineffective RB passing game with the best pass catching RB in the league, has way too many three and outs, and is incapable of leading 4th quarter comebacks. But has everyone forgotten what our QB play and offense was like before Tyrod? We were a joke. Until someone steps up or comes on board that can play better we need Tyrod back. If McD turns the D around but our offense stinks we will be 6-10 or 7-9 again and again.

The D under performed due to scheme not lack of effort by players. Dareus is not as committed to football as he is committed to pot. Seantral, same thing, Chrone Disease and pot excuse is a smoke screen. The D needs Ragland, A Williams or a suitable replacement, another top notch safety, Gilmore, and Shaq Lawson has to make a commitment to the game. He is as close to being a bust as he is to being productive.

I think this is what doomed Rex. After season 1, Rex said the Defense's problem is 1) communication and 2) that he tried to blend his D with Schwarz' D and that didn't work. Sammy could catch 200 balls next year from Tyrod and we will still have the worst passing attack in the NFL. Up to this point, Sammy cost two much and has been hurt too much. I will go back to my draft day assessment. Rex drafted Shaq Lawson so Rex could look like a big shot to the Clemson players he hung out with. Wrong pick, wrong place, wrong reason. DOug should be flogged for listening to Rex on this one,

You explain yesterday's meltdown by the Pitt, New England, Seattle, 1st Miami game and a few other games. The defense is woefully bad and has seriously regressed and that (and poor in game choices and undisciplined play) is why Rex should be canned. As a group the entire defense is talented, but under performing. Gilmore, talented, but under achiever. Hughes, talented, but undisciplined. Dareus, talented, but unmotivated. To him, his teammate come last. Rest of the DBs and LBs not so talented and not so good.
