  1. Unless things drastically change in six days, the Bills won't beat the St. Louis Cards.
  2. Good thing we got rid of Merriman. He just wasn't up to snuff. Even though the measly few games he played in last year, he had more impact than the entire D line combined this year. FU Wannstedt, or whoever is making the calls. You actually made this defense worse. How--with the addition of Williams, Anderson and Gilmore--I don't know. But you did it. This could be the worst D in the league and the worst in my Bills watching life. I actually thought it was going to be one of the best. WTF.
  3. 9) He did it AGAIN!!! Wanny had 1 f-----g linebacker on the field on 3rd and 5, with approx 5 1/2 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. Of course, they ran it down our throats. This. I thought I noticed some lack of guys--again--in the middle. Thought he'd learn his lesson after the NE debacle. F'ng despicable this coach is.
  4. We just need to "fit the gap" and get some "mental toughness." Once we find those things, then we gonna be special.
  5. Good grief. This could be the worst hire ever. How can we still let him run this pitiful defense? Analog is a good analogy. The 8-track makes this guy look out of date.
  6. Brain cancer. Lung cancer. Stomach cancer. Bladder cancer. Skin cancer. Prostate cancer. Add a million other diseases. But the NFL focuses on breast cancer. All month. The pink thing, for four games, is overkill, ineffective, arbitrary, and obnoxious.
  7. Abandon all hope, all ye who follow this turd of a team. Fitz is actually getting worse; he coud be the most inaccurate QB in the NFL. Wannstedt is clueless. The D line can't sack Lindsay Lohan. When she's passed out. Can't believe I fell for the hype...again.
  8. This thread is so...gay.
  9. I'd rather talk about how Donte is going to get lit up on Sunday by the Bills O, than his penchant for chicken sandwiches and waffle fries.
  10. And boom goes the dynamite.
  11. This whole anti Chick-fil-A thing is bogus. It's well known it's a Christian-oriented private company. I've met the Cathys. They're decent people. An executive, the president, was asked his opinion on gay marriage by a Christian publication. He gave his opinion. The "tolerance" crowd saw the quote, and blew it up into a dishonest fiasco. You can support gay marriage, you may not. Whatever. The whole anti Chick-fil-A stance is hypocritical to the extreme--we support tolerance...unless you disagree with us...then we won't tolerate you. We saw this mentality in Chicago with the mayor trying to ban the restaurant, as well as in Boston. Besides...it's just a freakin chicken sandwich. So what if he likes to eat there.
  12. "Just fit it up, baby!" - Dave Wannstedt, 2012
  13. IMO, yes. If something isn't working, change it. The D needs motivation. And some yelling at. Maybe Chan can yell at him too. So disappointed in his D schemes/gameplans. Holding on to hope. But so far, he's a dud. Wouldn't mind him on the sidelines.
  14. No matter what anyone says, I will always blame it on Billy Joe Hobert.
  15. Might have hurt it sacking a QB on Madden. It's such a travesty we can't get more ergonomic game controllers.
  16. Well, it's his second year as a starter. But understand your point completely. Like I said, if he continues the inconsistency by midseason, he should be benched. (but for who?)
  17. Impeccable report. Thanks for taking the time to do this. I agree with your coach's assessment. Infuriating we didn't adjust our D strategy. I hope you're wrong about Fitz being only a backup. In addition to his impressive passes, he throws an equally number of bad ones. If he stops the bad ones, does anyone think he has a shot? Either way, IMO he has only a few games left to prove himself before he deserves to get benched. On the lighter side, I find your habitual practice of replacing "g"s with apostrophes amusing.
  18. That guy's like 160 years old. Be much more comfortable with Woodrow Wilson.
  19. Enough of the bright side Betsies. Fitz is good here, bad there, plays good here, bad there, some flashes of brilliance, some streaks of ineptitude. We get it. If he doesn't show consistency by midseason, he should be benched. If DW doesn't call better plays by midseason, he should be fired. Third year of a new regime. Good talent, and depth, on both sides of the ball. Time to put Ws on the board. Time to not be embarrassed anymore by division rivals. Time for us fans to demand better, and to stop looking at the bright side of a **** sandwich that should be a pastrami on rye. Mmm. Pastrami. Seriously--Bills Nation needs to send a message that this kind of playing and coaching won't be tolerated.
  20. Hey, at least you guys can play 2 quarters of good football.
  21. Either that or they were too full from eating before the game.
  22. Spiller was running high...into six human Mac trucks. Remember learning in pee wee football, you run low in those conditions. Tired of whining and moaning. I'll sum up my last complaint: This whole team, Chandler excluded, sucked, with Wanny sucking the worst.
  23. There was one play he was targeted, he was wide open, and Fitz overshot him. But there is something about SJ this year. Doesn't seem to be doing his normal jukes early in his patterns to get open. Maybe it's the groin.
  24. Brady wasn't kidding when he said we were playing the "little guys" and challenging them* to run the ball. Three safeties, three corners and only ONE LB? No wonder both their backs had 100-plus yards each. Maybe next time we play the Pats*, Wanstache can drop Mario Williams to cover Gronk and Dareus to cover Hernandez. F'ing joke of a defensive scheme in the second half, and the entire game against the hapless Jets.
