Allen’s QB coach is a wide receivers coach. His offensive coordinator has no history of developing young quarterbacks whatsoever. They gave Allen no veteran starter, or backup, like, say, Sam Darnold of the Jets has to watch or to talk to on the sidelines. The one veteran they did bring in never really started, and they all but immediately passed him onto another team for a fifth-round draft pick.

I guess that type of attitude really impressed Belichick.

Exactly. Rebuild? The average roster turns over 30% or so if I'm correct. That's a rebuild every year. Ok you want to get rid of some bad contracts... great. But bad preparation and bad play calling are not a part of a rebuild. Not spending some money to protect your so called franchise qb is poor planning. What is he learning? How to suck without WRs and a line? And to hear that we have 10 picks and cap space? Which team doesn't? Oh I bet most talent is dying to come to this team and city.

I'm really enjoying this rebuild. The fun part of a rebuild is that you can actually coach terribly, be undisciplined, trade away all talent, put out a garbage product with no clear future plan (i know we will have huge cap space and no other team will)..... and its just a rebuild. Can't argue that one ha?

I think if we can trade EVERYONE with any talent it will really help Josh become a bust. That would be great for our future since we all want a 0-16 season any year we cant win the superbowl cause we all know superbowls are won by #1 draft picks just like the Patriots have done for a decade.
