    Great thread. Yes, as there is not a salary cap on coaches, that is an area to get a distinct advantage. When $ is not an issue. Unfortunately this is where Bills could not compete before Pegula. Sadly this is the common denominator over the past 15 years. Psyched to be on the other side of that now. Go Bills!

    Glen's preseason injury last year really was a bad complement to bringing in so many new OL. Never really was able to get set before season started.

    I often see the clock running on beyond the end of a play in inopportune moments of the game. Would be wild if they can change the speed too.

    I think they can learn a lot about coaches and the league by interviewing so many. Very unique opportunity, especially for new owners. Then to know so many of the coaches they'll play against one day. That's gotta be worth a lot and about more than just finding their coach.

    I heard they needed to spend twice as much to make a more noticeable change. Think it was compared to KC. In many ways this was lipstick only. I felt the outside was more pleasant, and love the video boards, but agree not quite what I hoped for.

    And so how does he celebrate? Our friends catch up with him at Red Robin after the game and he takes photo with them. The man is superhuman and so down to earth at the same time. For a poor offensive day for the Bills he made critical yards in typical Fred fashion.

    Why would you suggest it's only one officiating crew? Just a simple list would do. One of the local news reporters should have done this by now. I get taking the high road and not blaming refs for all the Bills issues but you cannot be a fan and think the Bills do not get hosed on a weekly basis.

    And he seemed so disinterested in his interview and uninspiring. Especially for such a moving HOF Bills weekend. He seems off. Not sure if thats how he was in college.

    EJ is believable when he talks about being confident but he sure does not sound inspirational at all. Is he bored?
