REALLY NOW? I gotta say that I just do not get the insensitive posts about the owner and his life expectancy. Come on, seriously. Believe me, I get all the frustration and anger and even blaming the owner, but how about a little respect? If it was not for him there would be no Bills or any NFL in Buffalo – certainly not for as long as they have been – and therefore no Buffalo Bills message boards like this one. So as long as he is our HOF owner how about we show a little appreciation and respect.

These players have been babied enough by Jauron. I respect them being decisive as I suspect the players do in knowing it is for improving the team. Now they know they need to show up each day and give 100%, and mediocrity/ complacency will not fly anymore ... And besides, its not like this required a lot of explanation anyway.... Only wish they saw this in preseason, but I give TE credit for being a good preseason player.

Kelsey has the same complaceny as Schoble without the talent. Get rid of all the perennial losers.

I would take anger... ...over Trent's complacency ...and over Dante's response that makes him sound like a cry baby, 'whaaaaaaa' It is like a train wreck. I cannot stop watching but it just keeps getting worse. These guys should just shut up until they start producing Ws, including Gailey.

Trent really has troubles looking at more than one receiver. Every pass seems to be telegraphed for defences to easily read. If he starts to use a pump fake once in a while or at least look at more than one receiver, there may be hope.

You have to wonder how much his bad attitude has affected the players that were closest to him and looked up to him as a vet, especially having a bad reputation as not working hard in practices. I am sure that did not help the Bill's D last year. I am glad he will not be there any longer and hope that his attitude does not carry over with others that are still here this year.
