Winner- Ben Johnson Jets - reduced to joke status, they admit that they need to hand over the keys to genuine football people and stand back. Winner- Mike Vrabel Jaguars - with qb depth and ample draft capital this is a better job than advertised. Comfort coexisting with Baalke is key. Winner- Robert Saleh Raiders- this team doesn't care what the league office thinks. They need a fiery leader who can relate to young players. Winner- Brian Flores
