    It is amazing how many people know so much on this message board without knowing her skills and the job requirements. They assume much and create a view based on their bias and perception. She may or may not do a good job but I am willing to see the results vs pre-judging.

    Well put. I was also in favor of Rosen but Allen has my full support as a Bills fan.

    Grading a draft is based on the person's bias and point of view. If a team does what you have pushed, they get an A. If they deviate, they get an F. No accountability, what a racquet.

    While I was in favor of Rosen I think this shows the mindset of Beane The Bills would have gotten a very good QB in Rosen. That would have been the safe pick. Instead he is rolling the dice on Allen who could be great. He may also be a bust. He made the bold not safe bet.

    Allen was fourth of the top 4 QBs. As many do, I worry about the level of competition and accuracy. My hope is that many professionals had him #1 or #2. That gives me hope and as a Bills fan I will hang on hope.
