Ok so its a modified Tank... stockpile as many pics as possible, trade TT and Shady for high picks #1s and sign CC, TT to Denver and Shady to an NFC West or Central Team. Either use a couple of these picks to move up in next years draft or use Shady and one of the #1s to move up to grab a QB. Either way, I think McBean have a plan and they are executing it step by step. Doubt though we will see anything more before the beginning of the season.

Again, I think the trade may help, but still in show me stage... they, the Bills, need a number 1 QB, and until then, or if these trades help them get one, I'm more of the opinion... meh. Again agree with most of what you said and seems to be a good evaluator of talent based on the draft... still begs the question can he coach and no he doesnt have 3 years, two at best.... option on third with the talent on this tean now if he can coach?

. True but a Union helps balance an uneven power relationship in a potentially adversarial setup. That dimension i would argue is better for the worker in the long run, but id company is failing it is too easy to blame union for ressons for the failing, ignoring the underlying issue.

Too easy to blame the left or progressives. Bad management is bad management whether the left is complaining about the mannor the right is complete laining about the union...
