  1. Seeing James O'Keefe getting forced out of Project Veritas for their episode on Pfizer tells you a couple things. Pfizer is protected by the uniparty. The information in that "episode" was likely 100% correct which is why it was A) buried in the media cycle and B) steps taken to prevent future curious inquires into Pfizer. Back to regularly scheduled programming on partisan politic stories.
  2. There are linebackers in this draft that I'd argue are better than T. Edmunds. I think some of them have better football instincts coming out of college than he did. My criticism of Edmunds is that he's 70% amazing athlete, 30% football player, and he lacks the football instincts that makes for a superstar linebacker. He plays with less hesitation now, years later as he understands the game more. Linebacker is a position where you want more instinct, more understanding of the game.
  3. I don't think the Bills have any intention whatsoever of tagging/extending/signing Jordan Poyer. They've had the opportunity to work out a contract with him for some time, and you never got the impression the team was all that eager to do it.
  4. I agree. I think the team likes the healthy JP, not so much the injured JP.
  5. I don't see any of these players being on the 2023 team.
  6. It's about even IMO. Hodgins is a slow receiver but with sure hands/concentration. He can take advantage of soft zone schemes, but on man/man he'll be covered. He could turn into an excellent slot receiver, especially if he can be cagey like Beasley is and just get open. Davis has speed to beat man coverage but doesn't have the hands/concentration. Since you can't teach speed, you take that and hopefully teach the catching.
  7. Off on this one. I predicted this in our PPP thread on the midterms several months ago. If you're interested, I'm sure you can go find it. On cue, ChiGoose also said I was wrong at that time about my prediction. Guess we'll see.
  8. While this isn't part of the "plan", the Democrats have every intention of replacing him in the Senate with his wife within the first year. With a Democrat governor in PA, it's easily done as easily said.
  9. Referees should be full-time, with year round support. In the offseason, they are working USFL games and studying the game. Building a back bench/pipeline of officiating staff is yet another benefit of the NFL establishing some sort of minor league system.
  10. They should try a non-music halftime show. I think the music acts are tired. 1. Magician 2. Comedy 3....Mime (always a hit) 4. NFL makes a 15 minute film like BMW Films has done with "The Hire" series 5. Airshow
  11. I think there is off-field information with EB that resembles a large, dirty iceberg that will get exposed and it'll put everyone involved in a poor light. I don't buy the "well that's Andy Reid's offense" jazz - NFL teams would take a shot on EB if legal would let them. A guy who coordinates an offense that's won 2 Super Bowls isn't exactly the intern.
  12. The NFL disappointed me with the crap field conditions. I don't know if it was the sod they grew or the painted logos, but somebody screwed that field up..
  13. It was a stale performance. She was a surprising pick because she hadn't performed in years. Today, I think of her more for her clothing business.
  14. Master class in coaching by the Chiefs. Just like the Bills discovered, play that soft ass zone against KC and you'll lose.
  15. Disappointed. Needs some tweaking. Wary of OBD doubling down on flawed strategy out of allegiance to "process" and colleagues. "This is the way we've always done it" is the title of many tales of organizational failure. Instead of hiring friends, they need to hire the "arsonist" to pressure test their thought process and strategy. I would relish the Bills temporarily hiring a defensive coordinator that isn't friends with, or worked with anyone at OBD, and give them a hammer and let them contest every line of the Bills defensive situational strategy this offseason.
  16. I wrote that news article September 29, 2022. The professional demolition of the pipelines was confirmed by how clean the scene was when someone bothered to finally go take a look at it. Just another conspiracy theory telling the news months before mainstream media decides to tell it.
  17. Tinkering around with safeties coaches suggests Frazier is back for next season. No matter what happens this offseason this will be the most disappointing news for Bills fans. It's disappointing that the Bills define a successful season as feasting on a largely mediocre league and getting punched in the face by the 1-2 decent teams come playoffs.
  18. I'm surprised. Thought he'd wait another year for San Diego or perhaps Seattle. I'd be wary of working for ownership that made their money by selling goods for as cheap as possible and ruthlessly managing corporate overhead. Just like the Fords try to apply car manufacturing principles to football or the Haslems applying learned lessons from running truck stops, you'll see Wal-Mart folks try Wal-Mart strategies on their football team. With that crew, as long as the season meets profit targets, record may be irrelevant.
  19. The writing through the first three episodes has been excellent. The flashback scenes are well done and add a lot of color for a few minutes of screen time.
  20. No doubt the page is monitored for public sentiment by corporate. It's free business intelligence. Personnel: Rex Ryan, Doug Whaley, game announcers, great players fans like, ones they don't. Situations like the Matt Ariaza case, Damar Hamlin Sentiment topics: Who goes on the Wall of Fame, who shouldn't, tailgating, fan behavior (standing all game or not), new stadium, red helmets I think there's less interest in game tactics/strategy, as they feel they pay professionals a lot of money for that.
  21. The Chiefs play their rookies. I bet there is quite a variance between the Bills/Chiefs rookie class snap counts.
  22. When his contract expires. I wouldn't extend it or sign him to a new deal. This would be the year, though, to develop a future starting center. IMO, if he wants to play with his history of concussions, that's his decision.
  23. I expect OBD to work that season as if every single one of their jobs in that building come 2024 depends on a Super Bowl appearance. The collegial, "aw shucks, we'll get the gang to work harder" is no longer satisfactory. Time to show the baby.
  24. Saffold must be a flag football ringer, or once again, have an amazing agent out there making calls. AFC: "We must find a way to get Roger on that field, *****!"
  25. The Bills are in the upper echelon of the AFC and the league. Teams that can annually make the playoffs are in the top 1/3. The Eagles haven't been tested this year. They had about as opportunistic a regular seasons schedule and outcome in the playoffs as any team could get. There's a scenario where they get routed in the Super Bowl by the more game tested Chiefs.
