haha soooo true....we did figure it out.... i would have liked maybe delving into the wolves or the torsos thing too....how can you show them see the torsos and not make any comment at all?
-
oh I understand completely what they were setting up....but its typical walking dead fashion of setting it up by using an entire episode to do so...its been my beef (and many other peoples as well) with the show since day 1 and I keep hoping they figure it out but at least there was very minimal rick in this episode so thats a plus, no crazy yelling of "KORLLLLLLLL" repeatedly
-
Boy did that episode suckkkkkk - typical walking dead dragging out a 10 minute scene (finding the new place and a whiney and worthless character getting killed) to an entire episode Two episodes of Better Call Saul already better than the entire catalogue of Walking Dead * sorry for the negativity, but I just keep tuning in hoping it will get better, and rarely does it (over the total life of the show there's been maybe 5 solid eps) so I just needed to vent

Soda!?!?!? Get a real addiction you pu$$y!!! No seriously though - good luck And for the record, to those bashing caffeine - many recent studies have shown positive effects of caffeine (in the form of black coffee) on reducing risks of cancers and some heart related ailments....6 cups of joe a day keeps the rectal/colon/prostate cancer away! Black coffee is damn good for you - but you fufu's go drink your carbonated water and your "tea"....I won't see you when I'm 124 years old, because you will be dead

golf fans -- is Tiger Woods done?
PaattMaann replied to truth on hold's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Not only does the guy/did the guy have a very violent swing that isn't good for longevity - but while he was going out and banging whores for years, he was also doing INTENSE training with navy seals, which also is NOT good for physical longevity woods even considered quitting golf (while he was dominating the game) and trying to become a navy seal, hank Haney talked him out of quitting golf and joining up....and his ACL tear was a result of skydiving while training with seals Anyone who plays golf knows the game is more mental than any other sport, and tiger is arguably the most intense mental mind in the game...and that mental game works both ways. When your playing lights out, your unbeatable, and that feeds your positive mentality and perpetuates the good play. Right now, along with the physical issues woods is having (or playing up to a certain degree), his intense mentality is certainly negative and that is exacerbating his poor play. Bad shots spiral out of control on him and ruin rounds (82). Not having a consistent, comfortable swing only adds on to it. So yes, I think Tiger is most likely done. Will he win some more tourneys? I would think so. Will he win any more majors? I'd be surprised (and I hope like hell I am surprised because golf is even more enjoyable when tiger is in the hunt) -
roman relies on his TE's? Is that why an extremely talented Vernon Davis was under utilized and wasted in San Fran for the most part (sans 13 TDs in 2013, but still only caught 50 balls, red zone target)? One of the big knocks on roman this past year in San Fran was why he was not using his talented tight end more.... a TE is now even more than ever a luxury with this offense....that said, I do think we will improve the position, but whoever we bring in wont light the world on fire in this offense

Ted Thompson isn't leaving Green Bay for that "promotion" - sorry, just not happening...he's got a solid organization in place that he's the head of and has great success with, is very well paid and respected and answers to no one but himself....unless your making him one of the 32 owners in the league, I don't see ANY job as a promotion, especially to this perpetual **** show

Rex on EJ: "I'd like to see him use his legs more."
PaattMaann replied to johnwalter's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Do you mean "EJs in the pocket skill set is no better than an average backup"? It seems you are trying to say that where EJ can be successful is by moving around and getting outside the pocket.... -
CJ has Jets "on his list" with Gailey there
PaattMaann replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Mark Ingram might also fit well, and he's a free agent, old frank gore is a free agent as well - I would assume we won't go into the season with the three backs we currently have (or who knows maybe we will....fred can run in any system, boobie has experience, and well...brown is a wild card) -
Sabres on NBC-NBCSN 5 Times Next Season

I don't think there's any question he's on this squad moving forward -
Happy belated Gug - hope you had good food and few light beers : )

I think you can never have too much good coaching/experience/ideas - IF they are all willing to be open and learn and work together....if it happens let's hope they are all professionals and can add their own wrinkles to the overall defense

Fred Jackson, Coaching Search, tidbits
PaattMaann replied to PaattMaann's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm not concerned about Her commitment to the bills/buffalo area....she's a "local" (from Rochester) so I have faith that the team will remain in buffalo for a longggggg time My comment was simply, "woah...she is a LOT more involved in these two sporting orgs than I previously imagined...don't know I feel about her possibly makkng decisions, or at least be given information and have to read/react/evaluate..." It's surprising to me that's all...if I spent over A billion dollars on something like Terry did (let's not pretend any of this money is Kim's) I would want to be the one who people were reporting to....is Terry THAT busy??? With what?? -

Well jack, for all of our sake I hope Kim/Terry shares your thoughts on not ripping apart the engine...have the correct people in place and let them make the decisions and run the organization -

I am not a huge fan of that news either, but im just passing alog what this gentlemen told me Did you notice I used "whilst" though? Her roll concerns me because what does she know about football and or hockey!? She was a freaking waitress!!! As far as exact people who report to her, I honestly do not recall but I remmeber thinking "wow those are some big names that are forced to report to Kim and not Terry or someone who knows what the hell they are doing" -
Some "insider info" and just general cool info about Fred, as well as the coaching search that Iearned about last night whilst having drinks with a friend "in the know"...nothing earth shattering but thought I would share... Fred recently stated that he planned on playing for at least three more years...side note, and this should be no surprise to anyone, Fred is described by this person as the most competitive person alive who wills himself to do what he has done and will do...his agent basically said "Fred, your old and no ones going to give you any type of contract after this one runs out"...Fred said "what do I need to do to get another contract"? His agent replies off the cuff, "oh I don't know, score 12 TDs next year"...Fred said, "ok...I'll score 12 touchdowns then", in complete seriousness and WILL talk to his agent after every game updating him on his TD total and telling him to get him that contract Terrence Mcgee is in awful shape physically, needs knee replacement, gets continuous treatment on his back and neck....poor fella, and a microcosm of what most NFL players go through on a daily basis when they retire The coaching search: the pegulas are in the room with Doug and Russ for every interview. Doug is running the show completely asking all of the questions throughout the interview, except Terry throws in "random, off the wall" questions to each candidate as he sees fit, which i understand is equally hilarious and baffling Kim has a very active roll in both the sabres and the bills, several people high up in each organization report directly to her and NOT Terry (this concerns me) For what it's worth, this person thinks Kyle Shanahan will be the next head coach of the Bills

Through the looking glass-Roster moves in hindsight
PaattMaann replied to ndirish1978's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Brown a player and will most likely be the "feature back" (with Fred and boobie obviously getting work - depending on what offense we are running) next season....and was also a major factor in Whaley trading for him....knowing Fred is old and always dinged up, CJ walking....made total sense brown has great size and speed combo to be the lead dog, until fumbles continue to be a problem in the offseason/preseason/season next year...I don't see how he's not the bills feature back (unless we use an early pick on a RB which I don't believe we will) -

what are chances Hughes gives Bills hometown discount ??
PaattMaann replied to RCOHEN13's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Offer him a fair contract at 3 years....3 years 24 million, with a big signing bonus...if he declines, ok see ya Insert another DE who will play just as good, if not better against the run and who can win his share of 1 on 1s that Hughes has been getting and get sacks as well This defense has great, great players no doubt (Hughes isn't one of them) - but their play is a sum of the parts equation, Hughes can be replaced Yes we have cap space, and we NEED that cap space to re-sign our stars next year and the year after - not to mention sign some competent OG/TE - no need to go to cap hell over jerry Hughes -
Where/when/why would Bradham be going anywhere?
