  1. Forget it. It's not even what the code section says.
  2. 18 U.S.C. 1346 reads as follows: For the purposes of this chapter, the term “scheme or artifice to defraud” includes a scheme or artifice to deprive another of the intangible right of honest services. That's it.
  3. Even if everything you're saying is true, no one cares. This is the kind of thing people only pretend to care about when it's politically advantageous..
  4. I'm just hoping you guys take him out before his wolf eats our children.
  5. It's cute watching you guys cling to every bogus smear story as if you even care about the substance of the underlying allegations. What's even better is that no matter how many times you're used and abused by the left-wing media hacks who leave you looking like a sucker for buying into their hype once it's exposed, you're still so eager to eat up their next serving of bull sh!t, and believe it like the gospel without reservation. The cycle continually repeats and you're none the wiser. No wonder you're a Bills fan.
  6. If they honestly believed the Earth was in danger of bursting into flames and we could avert it by reducing our carbon emissions, the dangers they fear from nuclear energy wouldn't amount to a speed bump.
  7. It is if we want to sweep the Pats* this year.
  8. This is how you know beyond the shadow of a doubt that the whole thing's a hoax. If they really believed that man-made global warming was an existential crisis they'd be tripping over their own feet to switch to nuclear energy ASAFP. The fact that they oppose it is proof positive that they're full of *****.
  9. Remember when Gettleman was branded the village idiot by the football media for drafting this guy?
  10. That means they're due.
  11. We need a whipping boy & Dimarco isn't cutting it. If the FB is taking the bulk of the abuse, you're not doing it right.
  12. I only apply the law of diminished expectations to my own life.
  13. Sounds like an open invitation for a midnight visit from the ghost of Bills past.
  14. I expect the Bills to curb-stomp the ***** Pat's* and bring them back down to reality.
  15. Git ER done!!! No?
  16. I think we should change the name of New Era Field to Pancho Billa Stadium. I'm kind of offended that this hasn't already happened.
  17. If I can only pick one I'm going with the Funky Bunch. They were way ahead of their time.
  18. That really supports my point. Kaepernick spearheaded a PR nightmare for his employer as the face of the franchise. Eric Reid is just a useful idiot that no one knows or cares about, who jumped on the bandwagon. If Reid carried the same baggage with the same visibility he'd be out of the league too. If he were a backup he'd probably be gone already. Point is, Kaep's not out for his views. He's out because he's a net negative to any organization that would sign him.
  19. Take your political/social views out of the equation and look at it from a purely employment based standpoint, and it's hard to make an argument why this guy should be in the league. There are plenty of people who have the ability to perform jobs that are passed over or let go because other factors make them undesirable. Regardless of the merits of his protest, or lack thereof, he put his personal politics above the interests of his employer WHILE HE WAS AT WORK. It's not like he went on TV and said these things as Colin Kaepernick the citizen who happens to also be the 49ers QB. He went on the field IN UNIFORM and did this as the QB of the 49ers. When you do that, losing your job is standard procedure in any industry.
  20. I'm not sure how Jim Kelly became obligated to contact Pancho Billa. Is it because they both had cancer and were linked to the Bills? Does it matter if they were friends or acquaintances? Did Jim even knew who this guy was before the cancer story broke? I'm also not sure how it's anyone else's business. I'm glad I don't have a bunch of sanctimonious busy bodies following me around determining what symbolic gestures I have a moral obligation to comply with. I am sorry that you were deprived of the warm fuzzy feeling you would have experienced watching a clip of two strangers with cancer meeting for a PR photo op. Seeing it broadcast nationwide by a corporate entity exploiting the situation for ratings and goodwill would have been so touching.
  21. You haven't the foggiest idea what you're talking about.
