    I don’t know that assuming he’s on the roster is loving him they could target a TE in free agency before his bonus/guarantees. On their list to address its low-ish priority but a possibility.

    the opportunity was if we made more moves maybe we are a 3 or even 2 seed this year and in a position to make an easier run. surely we will get another WC shot but we had a pretty wide open path and didn’t give our best possible shot at it.

    agreed, though the earlier you can get the guy in the better for actually making impact

    that when you make a lot of great throws, the oddball bad one gets more of a pass than when you have a reputation otherwise. And if you don’t watch a lot of him you may think he more regularly makes those throws based on a small sample today.

    not meant as a comment on Daboll but continuity tends to be about as good as the quality of the person you are keeping around. It’s great when you have a good fit, terrible when out of fear of change
