honest question- can a 17 year old open carry in Wisconsin (without any kind of permit or paperwork)? the local DA and charge number 6 seem to suggest that not to be allowed but that he didn’t violate additional federal laws by transporting the weapon between states. though again, not the local expert so leaning on some common sense and that the charge wasn’t totally made up. Could prove wrong there. Wouldn’t be the first or last.

when you stop putting people in buckets of criminals and innocents... and start following concepts of liberty like being innocent until proven guilty, being owed due process, not authorizing a government you don’t trust to execute citizens in the street for non compliance, etc... it may become a bit more natural. or maybe America isn’t the country for you. There are a lot of more authoritarian countries out there that you could also look into that actually support the values you espouse.

if you give your teenage cousin a legal gun that he is not permitted to open carry in that state and he is running around the streets I think that gets a bit less legal but I won’t pretend to be an expert in intricacies of WI gun law. I will say in many states he would not be able to open carry that weapon legally regardless of whether he carried it over the border

i suppose it’s less illegal at that point but “a friend gave it to me” doesn’t make it a legal weapon, right? And I will not shoot joe in the back. He is welcome to live another day. im not sure “guy who doesn’t think fleeing is a death sentence” is the insult you think it is. In fact my stance is much smaller government than yours.

the pse folks also work on accounts ranging from the stadiums, the minor league teams, the one buffalo campaign, several restaurants and even the Marriott, in case helpful to share specific examples all of those orgs almost certainly each still have an in house person or two also depending on specific needs (the amerks probably having more need than the bakery for instance where I’d guess it’s a sales, marketing and events consolidated single position) -

Looking at my local 2 sport ownership group saints have it broken out as “marketing and game presentation” with 13 total members. When you back out things like dance team manager, etc... it’s 8 folks and most share duties with both saints and pelicans. so a handful in house and sure they have a larger scale out of house partner too -

to be fair, the PSE folks work for 20+ non bills accounts. So that the local reporters are telling you that the bills in house marketing team has all departed is still potentially very true. @Kirby Jackson could probably shine a lot of Light structurally here but I’d venture most teams have a few in house folks and and outside contractor as well. That we list the outside contractors full team on our website is likely the only unique factor here, based on my much more limited knowledge. -

a coordinator is not an intern. The dude worked for the team for 2+ years in a professionally employed capacity while not attending college. it appears he left the team to start grad school, which is good on him. also I’m not sure a non updated linked in is anything. Many don’t update until they have a new job. last up - absolutely not. Especially in marketing dollars are tight for new hires. Many companies are tightening the belt and if choosing between an operational role or a marketing role are cutting the marketing dollars back. -

not impossible. do you think its reasonable to think that there was some sort of unpleasant atmosphere that contributed to them leaving? lots of things are possible here but one seems the shortest jump. And also happens to line up with a bit of a reputation we have heard of. and also is what the reporters seem to be trying to tell us. im not sure why some seem to be taking the idea that the report could be accurate personally. It’s not a huge deal even if true, but might be some insight behind the curtain. -

I’m also surprised people thought the bills marketing team was potentially 30 people. I had assumed it was likely a handful, unless we suddenly roll in all game day promo people and such. But straight marketing? No way. I think a fair question is whether the issue is the headline or people’s assumptions on this one? and I dislike Timmy as much as anyone here. flip side is top 3-5 hockey tv ratings cities strikes me as a potentially stacked metric to use. like I’d expect buffalo to perform better than a lot of other nhl cities but that’s because I’d expect those other cities to not do well. Whereas the nfl is a beast across the US. -

It’s weird. It’s almost like that wasn’t the point at all. But you just can’t resist. -

it’s still strange to see all 3 leave, no? i don’t get the argument that it’s just three as if that’s insignificant -
to the second video— There’s some definite coded language in there. I’d be hard pressed to think of the last time I’ve heard someone talk about locking up a white guy before he knocks up 10 different women. Maybe an innocent flub but it sure won’t play well. i agree that often there’s more to the lead up and no need to race to conclusions on any individual incident but at this point people aren’t mad about split hairs or individual incidents. It’s the long and consistent pattern. I agree these individual officers deserve a very fair trial. I also understand why someone would jump to “not this again” without every detail. Because even if this singular one isn’t the one to hang the hat on we just had several that were and surely are about to have several more that do qualify. we could hyper analyze every call in the 04 season in super slo motion with the rule book out or accept that for 20 years it wasn’t a very good team. You know what I mean?

Wasn’t confident with hauschka either. Cam sign better on the street in this case and there’s minimal effort to integrate a new guy.
