  1. I'm not sure of the timing, but it's one of three things: -Ronnie Harmon's drop against the Browns is definitely the first memory I have from a game... -I played against Darryl Talley's son in Little Loop and he signed my game program, but that would have been a year right around the Harmon catch. I was definitely in awe, the largest human I had ever met at that point. He was really nice to all the kids. -Getting Jim Kelly's autograph in the back corner of a Toys R Us (it was a scheduled signing). I remember him wearing a canadian tuxedo. Still have that ball on display in my kids room with a few other training camp autographs through the years.
  2. Couple things; Miami makes the playoffs if they stuck with Fitz... and it feels so awkward being so effing good. Unreal!
  3. I think the new laws are 3 day quarantine as long as you have proof of a negative test within three days prior to your arrival in NYS. So, you could test out of state, arrive 3 days prior, get the Lot 4 test, and then attend the game, if I'm thinking correctly?
  4. Hey man, Rootie's on Westport Rd is the Bills Backer bar here. Across from the Ford plant. Great wings (for KY), decent food. Haven't been for a Bills game as I have Sunday Ticket but it's a decent sports bar - bar food, lots of TV's. Not sure what it's like during COVID but it's huge inside so social distancing shouldn't be an issue and they have a small patio out back (not sure if there are ample TV's out there). And welcome to Louisville! I think there's about 4 or 5 of us Bills fans down here now...
  5. Ah, crap. Looks like I am 11 hours too late but if still possible I'll take a general spot, arriving around 2. If not - no worries, we'll hope there's still space!
  6. Fwiw those kicks were into a pretty fair wind. Every kick with the wind was through the end zone.
  7. Extremely tough day to say goodbye to Fred. I bought a custom throwback Jackson jersey at some point his rookie year after the Washington game. Loved his effort, loved the guy, love an underdog. I had to be one of the first 50 people to get a Freddie Bills jersey! I wish him luck anywhere, even NE, and even against us as long as we win (especially at the ralph). I tend to believe I enjoyed rooting for a mediocre team filled with guys I loved - Fred, Fitz, George Wilson, CJ, even Stevie.... more than I might a winning team with Percy, Richie, and LeSean...
  8. Per Ian: "@RapSheet: Hadley Engelhard, agent for #Bills WR Mike Williams, has been given permission to gauge interest in a possible trade from Buffalo."
  9. No. You can't. Very first favorite team? Nope.
  10. Just picked up a projector to watch in the basement. Food: some combination of Johnsonville Brats and Italian Sausage.
  11. I used to say forward lateral but I really think that MFer was on a perfectly straight line. We would have had a real shot that year too.
  12. I agree with him in this article, so this answer is biased. But, it's gotta be tough to have every opinion you've ever felt forever out there on the internet. I don't think he's implying that it was a mistake to pay him at the time, just that now it's potentially time to move on. At least, that's the overall feeling I got from it. I think they should keep Stevie and try to draft a legit #1 (if Bridgewater is not around at our pick). But, I don't disagree with Sully's overall sentiment.
  13. Just liked Tuel this preseason... figured I'd get a third stringer jersey once he made the 53. I'm a backup QB whore. PS... I'll now sell his jersey to the highest bidder before the end of the commercial...
  14. What is sadder? a) That I have a Jeff Tuel jersey? b) That he already changed his #? c) That we would have won this game with a healthy Thad Lewis? Not that I don't have faith in Tuel, obviously...
  15. I agree 1000%, perhaps blindly, but like you I don't care. The guy is a total football player, one of the best.
  16. Absolutely. Some Thad, some Hackett. Best game of the year IMO.
  17. Looked like a Hackett playcall on 3rd and 1 there.
