As a complete football player - blocking, running, recieving, leadership, work ethic, etc - Freddie is a top 5 back IMO, no question. As far as what gets the national media wet, he's not even close. But that's part of what makes him a great Bill! We're lucky to have him.

I have to give him credit- he ate his crow and gave credit to the guys who deserved it. The tone of his twitter feed is refreshingly different to the tone of his columns.

Wore my Fitzy jersey during a game for the first time (didn't get it until after week 17 last year)... the jersey is now 1-0.

I had to turn it off after the first caller challenged them about Fitz and I think it was Schopp goes: "Do you really want to do that to us? You really want to ask us that? We're trying to be nice here."

I'm just anxious to see what Schopp and Bulldog complain about tomorrow.

So, there's no way to get To-Go without DirecTV like you could last year? I'm thinking of cancelling my DirecTV, but I don't have a PS3 and was hoping to use a different address to get to-go. Anyone have Sunday Ticket + the "to go" who won't be using the to go package...?

I live down in Louisville; I have Sunday Ticket and the last few years I'd throw on my Freddie jersey, head out to the back deck around 9-9:30, grill some sausages and drink some beer, and listen to the pregame on 97 Rock over my iphone dock speakers. Basically, tailgate by myself (like a real winner, I know). Started building a fire as it got colder, but I really enjoyed it no matter the weather. Have a little boy now though (and a Fitzy home throwback), so that ritual might only last through the warm weather this year. Or as long as my wife lets it go.
