He's been around the team and the NFL every single year since he retired. He has NEVER been away. He knows what he's talking about and if Allen is smart, he'll listen and learn. As far as I know, he never worked closely with ANY of the other QB's. Now that he's expressed an interest in talking with Josh, it can only aid in his development. If you're saying Kelly doesn't know what he's talking about and the game has passed him by, I'm calling bull####.

It's a different league, but it's the same game. Jim knows his *****. It's not like he's ever been away from the game. He understands how the game has changed and he knows what he sees that maybe a rookie is missing.

JK is a HOF QB. Talking with him could only help a young QB. If people are telling him something different than what Jim has to offer, then I'm sure he can sort that out. Advice from a HOF QB can only help in his development.

I think the problem with Rex was his ego. We had a great defense when he got to Buffalo and a solid D coordinator. He decided to run the defense himself, which required a completely different style of play, one that we did not have the personnel to run. He destroyed a great defense and got rid of a good D coordinator because he thought he could do better. He was wrong and it cost him his job.

This team just doesn't have enough talent to compete with NE. How many of our head coaches over the years have had any success against them over this run they've had? They are a very good football team and the fact is, we just aren't in their league yet. Coach has nothing to do with how badly we got beat. We just aren't very good.

That's what you get for watching ESPN. It is the worst "sports" network in history.

He does know, but he let's Dabol call the plays. Having the same philosophy and agreeing on exactly the same call on each and every play are two very different things.

Again, not much you can do about ticky tack calls. And as for the other 31 teams, the average number of penalties for BOTH teams combined in an NFL game is 13. Bills had more than that themselves the past two weeks. They were mostly bad calls. Nobody else gets flagged as much as Buffalo and I don't believe it's because they are committing that many more penalties, they just get called more. Jets O-Line was holding all day today. How many calls did we get?
