  1. It would be stupid to replace Fred with Bilal Powell. How would Powell be an upgrade over Fred? Even at 33 he was the best most reliable back on the team. He is wildly popular and a great leader in the locker room. He's not going to be work horse so his age should be a problem. Oh and Powell isn't very good either
  2. Well if the Bills are upset this week, we can blame the SI jinx
  3. How long do you think Bradford will hold up behind our O-line
  4. They can't just be done with EJ. He had some good games last year and was 2-2 as a starter this year. He had a rough outing against Houston but so have several QBs this year. Our Oline is terrible and out OC doesn't know how to mitigate their short comings. Orton hasn't been any better than EJ. What makes anyone think any of these other clowns would be an upgrade over EJ?
  5. l think people are getting a little ahead of themselves. I'm as excited about our recent success as anyone but the 2nd half is going to be tough. l Hope the Oline gels and we dominate and are the Cinderella story of century. Orton is under contract next year too so we don't need talk extention till then. I can't uderstand how people are sure that EJ can't develop after 2 -3 years of watching Orton. He absolutely can. I'm not saying he will but it would be silly and irresponsible to cut bait in him now. Just like, it would silly and irresponsible to not have another option on the team in case he doesn't.
  6. No one is picking CJ over Hughes. Not even CJ
  7. He should have been fired after burning the spygate tapes. The man has no credibility.
  8. Why IR him only to reach an injury settlement 2 days later? Couldn't they have cut him outright yesterday without a paying him anything? I'm sure it's not much but throwing away money is never a good thing.
  9. This is so true. No fans have a more delusional sense of their team's prowess. It cracks me up every year when they meltdown and everyone is so shocked. At least we are hopeful but half expect to flame out along the way.
  10. I live in Chicago and have to hear about the Bears ad nauseam. I'll be at the game had will be donning my Bills wear at work the whole week before and hopefully the week after too
  11. Rice is the most popular food in the world. That doesn't make it better than steak.
  12. That's cause; If you're a Jet you're a Jet all the way. From your first cigarette, till your last dying day.
  13. I lived in the neighborhood for years and have been to both many times. Delilah's is a far more lively party atmosphere but they don't serve food. If you want to eat and watch the game Lincoln Station has great bar food. Tickets are going to be pretty expensive but what the hell they are only in town once every 8 years
  14. I hope we open at home with a win against the Vikings like we did in 1988.
  15. So you'd rather the Bills not sign free agents so they can get a compensatory pick? If they tagged and shopped a disgruntled Byrd, what do think they were going to get in return, a 7th or maybe a 6th rounder? I'll take the addition of mid level guys that they already know can play in this league thanks
  16. Can someone please name a veteran reliable back up QB that's available ? I keep hearing that we need to go get one but I can't honestly think of one who's a significant upgrade over Thad.
  17. The OP is right. The proper way to regionalize the Bills to Toronto is to market the Ralph's game day experience. The Bills have a hard time selling the premium seats and the luxury suites and that's precisely what they should market to Canadian business owners. Why not charter charter buses that leave TO on on gameday at 9am and arrive at the Ralph by 11. If the Bulls would have done this in the early 90's, I believe sales would have been high. Obviously winning make it all easier
  18. I can't believe this many people replied to such an inane thread
