I bet Kelly ultimately stays at Oregon. He's an icon there and has yet to win the national championship. If Bill O'Brien got the major boosters from Penn St. "Tip" him millions to stay, don't you think the Oregon boosters can do the same?

The way I remember it, Buddy interviewed Frazier early in the process but Buddy kept him hanging while the Bills kept getting rebuffed by other candidates. Frustrated, Frazier pulled himself from consideration.

If only Buddy had interviewed Leslie Frazier when he was looking for a coach. (devil emoticon)

I'm was just about to start the same thread. I'm can't believe I'm excited for this weekend's game. I really believe the Bills can win out and make the playoffs. At the same time, I know they probably won't, but I'm going to watch every play and pray for the best. It's what makes us fanatics. Or are we fans and addicts? Not to one up you but I was having a conversation with my cousin last weekend and I told him that if we made the playoffs, I think we'll go to Foxboro and win in round 1. It's sickness I know but I'm it could happen.

The Steelers are a lock for the 1st WC. We are competing with Indy, Cinci, Tenn, SD Miami and NYJ for the last WC. The Bills have by far the easiest remaining schedule. I wouldn't bet on it happening, but if they can manage to win out, they WILL make the playoffs. I'll be watching and praying that they do.

I heard the interview. I never read the article. Seriously. Go listen to the interview on the audio vault. I was driving to work and heard him say it. I didn't just read and edited report of his interview and try and not be so condescending.

What I found astonishing about this interview is that he says we call the same defensive plays 9-11 times in a row. Really? No wonder teams figure out how to beat us in the 2nd half. It supports my thought that our defense is simple and predictable and easy for opponents to figure out.
