  1. So there's a point of ignorance that I think affects your narrative. The neurologist is hired by both the NFL and NFLPA jointly. The NFLPA has also supported the diagnosis. Also, let's just dump your attempt at a strawman. No one has argued that there is zero doubt. It has been all along that concussions are difficult to diagnose so maybe let's not leave that up to internet dudes doing their own research and making a diagnosis off a video. Your idea that there is a vast conspiracy that involves Josh Allen, the NFL, the NFLPA, an independent Neurologist hired by both the NFL and NFLPA, the team doctors, and the Bills coaching staff is ridiculous. Especially when you can't answer questions about why the NFLPA would try to cover this all up when they frequently hammer the NFL on the issue of concussions and, like in the case of Tua, fired the independent neurologist . He was evaluated by some of the best experts in the world on concussions using protocols developed by some of the best experts on concussions. He didn't exhibit signs of a concussion. So I'm not sure why people feel the need to gravitate toward conspiracy theories.
  2. We may want to admit that the people who are professionals and actually examined Allen may have been right or, at least, have the best answer out of any of us. That's just me though. I haven't done my own research like some of ya'll.
  3. Our long, national nightmare is finally over.
  4. There's bad ideas and then there's whatever the hell you'd call this pile of dreck.
  5. Williams did not practice for them "due to personal reasons" after the Rodgers throwing him under the bus and the Adams trade.. they're probably looking at 7th and that could take a minute because teams looking for a top 4 WR are going to look at other options. This is all to say that I think there's a chance he just gets released if that situation becomes any more awkward.
  6. It's a good article and the athletic routinely puts out solid content that has actual data to back it up. I appreciate when they have images of the game to show specifically what they're talking about. I think Cooper will provide a good target for Josh and help the offense making plays.. I think the big reason for him and his biggest impact is defense will have to shift coverage. Shakir, Coleman and Kincaid should see more opportunity to make plays and the running game should see more light boxes.
  7. The dead cap hit is 172,770,000 after the 2025 season. I'm thinking.. no. After 2026, it's $99,835,000 so.. still probably no. After 2027, it's down to $26,900,000 so almost definitely yes. I'm not sure what shenanigans they could pull to add void years or something to try to get out sooner, but I've seen various media that writes about Cleveland say that Watson is there for the next two years with no legitimate outs.
  8. I just don't think the Bills are as desperate to get him on the field for the Titans as the fans are..
  9. Cleveland should be on to 2027 after they're able to get out of the Watson contract.
  10. I went and watched the McAfee clip. He said "we'll get him in the game this week", but it sounded like a conversational item, not a promise. At the press conference just now, he didn't say that and spent a lot of time talking about how hard WR is to get up to speed and it's someone who hopes can help them in the 2nd half of the year.
  11. Not based on their answers at the press conference so no idea what you're basing this on..
  12. I always find these sort of topics hilarious when everyone doesn't actually have any numbers of what personnel is actually being used.
  13. Good con men sprinkle in a bit of the truth.
  14. I don't think he plays against the Titans, personally. Just doesn't seem like the Bills would rush him onto the field.
  15. Whatever football Siberia he ends up in probably isn't relevant to the Bills.
  16. Let's just say they have double that and spent none of it, paid no taxes, etc etc. They'd have 600 million between them and they'd be investing 83% of all of their worth in a single investment. Even one as solid as the NFL.. that's unlikely. As an aside since this conversation was initially about concerns of them moving the team, the NFL already said there is no 'voting' rights or anything else like that.
  17. Fashanu was really bad for them. Moses was a huge upgrade.
  18. Except.. he's not inviting it back. It's something you've made up in your head. Tracy McGrady played for Toronto from 1997-2000. He's since played for Orlando, Houston, New York, Detroit, Atlanta, and San Antonio. He lives in Florida. Vince Carter played for the Raptors last in 2004. He's since played for New Jersey, Orlando, Phoenix, Dallas, Memphis, Sacremento, and Atlanta. Also.. Florida. Jozy Altidore is the only one who has a recent connection to Toronto. He also doesn't live there. He's in Mexico, but he and his wife have a home in.. you guessed it.. Florida. What leads you to believe they have more interest in moving the team to Toronto than anyone else? It would make more sense be worried about them having a very minor stake (if they even can afford the 500 million for a full 10% stake without help) and moving the team to Jacksonville after the Jaguars move to London.
  19. Only 2 QBs at age 40 or over have ever finished a season (and that was 16 games, not 17). So even if Devante solves everything.. it's still more likely than not that Rodgers doesn't finish the season.
  20. Every single trend, signal and data point says otherwise. I get you want that to be true though.
  21. I have a list of 100 things sorted by priority. Prepare yourself.
  22. [Trotter] With the trade of Amari Cooper, backup safety Rodney McLeod is the only Browns player, including offense, to score more than one TD this season.
